Abstract
Twelve kinds (1set) standard materials of chemical ingredients of lead zirconate titanate[<TEX>$Pb(ZrTi)O_3$</TEX>] have been developed in order to determine fast and accurate measurement of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.
