Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure of Koreans in Arirang songs. Arirang is a representative song that strengthens the collective identity and social bond of Koreans. For Koreans who mainly eat rice, Arirang represents rice, life, and reason for its existence. Koreans have been singing Arirang together for a long time, overcoming pain, sadness, and hardships and consoling their minds and bodies. Arirang is a national music that is loved more and sung more often than the national anthem. The hill on the mountain is not a place to stay. The pass is a passing place. This gives us a lot of thought. We have various difficulties living in the world. The word Arirang means that Arirang is not one state. The end of joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure is surely a joy. Arirang Pass (Arirang Gogae) is not a staying pass, but a crossing pass. Arirang, which contains joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure, is a soul song and a consolation medicine for mental and physical health. We suggest that Arirang song compared to standard care may have beneficial effects on anxiety, hope, pain, and depression in patients.

Abstract

Treatment of patients with pain is directed at relieving pain and restoring function. Heat therapy has been used as a pain treatment. The mean temperatures were 40 and 41°C. Our device, Dr.Pakk heats special silicone to 41°C with far-infrared rays and attaches it to the painful knee using a vacuum to show the effect. The core technology of the Dr.Pakk is that deep heat is generated when the heat is transmitted deeply by attaching it to the skin. In our experience, Dr.Pakk can be especially effective for knee pain.

Abstract

PoongLyuYak exists everywhere. If you read the poem and get inspired, it becomes poem Yak (詩藥, poem medicine). If you look at the picture and fall it, it becomes picture Yak. When you feel refreshed by travelling, it becomes travel Yak. Music, dance, movie, nature, etc. are very nice examples. Even a leisurely life of driving, eating out, and drinking coffee is good PoongLyuYak for the body. Whether you’re alone or in a group, if you can enjoy it, it’s good medicine. According to the logic of the windy and flowing world, anything that can transform one’s emotions, whether happy, sad, or trivial, can be a PoongLyuYak. This PoongLyuYak may be more effective than oral medications, inhalants, ointments, or injections. Rather than simply watching, listening, or imitating others, the effect is enormous when participating directly and performing and creative activities. The pleasure of seeing Heung-min Son playing soccer is also a PoongLyuYak, but it can be more enjoyable and the medicinal effect is much greater if you enjoy soccer yourself. Here are some examples of PoongLyu medicines the authors took with the joy of creation

Abstract

In Korea, liver cancer is the sixth most prevalent malignancy and the second leading cause of cancer-related mortality. The peak incidence of liver cancer deaths occurs between the ages of 40 and 59. (e.g. Yoon et al. 2021) The patient is a 69-year-old female with bronchiectasis as an underlying condition. She underwent left lower lobe resection for the disease, and in 2009 she was diagnosed with liver cancer and experienced a recurrence after a full recovery. In the case of such patients, the most effective OCNT prescription is recommended.
