Abstract

The aim of this article is to suggest that Samulnori will be able to produce better and more lovable language. Samulnori is a good example of the Korean music. Samulnori is originally meaning four-percussion play. Janggu and buk made of leather which were mainly cowskin and dogskin. But jing and kkaengwari made out of brass. Four percussions are an instrument composed of a pattern based on the theory of yin and yang. The principle of Samulnori rhythms are well made up of the relaxation, tension, improvisation, escalating rhythms, and dynamic sound. Samulnori looks like two lovers exchanging sweet words in the natural forest. The push and pull between four instruments like a love quarrel. The author feels that the rhythms of the four instruments are like the whispers and cries of lovers. In conclusion, the silent or passionate rhythm of Samulnori feels like two lovers' tightrope love. The author thinks it creates a rich language of love

Abstract

A majority of the peoples in Indian cities depend on high fat diet, smoking, ghutka chewing and improper sleep, these all are lifestyle changes, can cause ischemic heart disease. Globally, ischemic heart disease (IHD) is the leading killer. Unani System of medicine not only provides well-based medical cures for diseases, but its holistic approaches as it possess unique principles of diet, lifestyle and particularly therapeutics, to balance and enrich all aspects of physiology and psyche. All diseases are the result of poor management of the six governing (or essential) factors, beyond the ability of physics or Tabiat to maintain and restore homeostasis. In this context, lifestyle diseases can be prevented by conscious changes to the person’s diet, behavior and environment. The holistic approach of Unani medicine is well placed to cover the two main pillars of lifestyle diseases, namely, prevention and treatment. In this paper, we report on the prevalence of CAD in patients with known diagnosis of CAD and try to find out its relationship with different lifestyle changes.

Abstract

Cancer is considered one of the deadly diseases in the world. According to WHO cancer now causes more deaths than all coronary heart disease. The incidence and mortality of the worldwide major cancers are now available in the GLOBOCAN series of the International Agency for Research on Cancer. The transition of global demographic and epidemiologic shows that burden of cancer will increase particularly in low and middle income countries, with over 20 million new cancer cases expected annually as early as 2025. Medicinal plants made known to be prospective and useful job for the treatment of several diseases and disorders from prehistoric days to nowadays. One of the commonly used plants, which have supporting evidences from the recent scientific data for the different types of cancers, is Carica papaya. Papaya (Carica papaya) is widely used as folk caloric herbal medicine, being a powerhouse of nutrients and accessible throughout the year. It is a rich source of three powerful antioxidants, the minerals, vitamins and contains high content of fibre. Carica papaya has provided many remedies for various diseases from ancient days to nowadays, and is regarded as a Nutraceutical. Because of this comprehensive medicinal value of Carica papaya, we are trying here to convey the reports studied especially for the anticancer activities of the age-old fruit, which will help researchers to pull in concert data and may be a “lead” for the one of the dangerous disease in the world.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to argue that repeated singing helps to feel 'misery loves company.' Folksong is popular music in the past. Korean folk songs have almost repetitive chorus. The repetitive refrain is made easy for everyone to follow. So, people become comrades who share the chorus together. Repetitive music makes people more intimate and more intimate. So, people feel that they share thoughts and feelings with music. It gives me energy to never give in to destiny. So, they encourage each other to be worth living. They sing together and sympathize and comfort each other's pain. ‘Hook song’ is the most popular form in these days in Korean music. The form of K-pop (Korean pop), which is gaining popularity worldwide, has many repetitions and concentration of melody. BTS (Bang Tan Sonyundan, Boyband) also tells teens around the world through repetitive melodies that "Let's share our joy and sorrow." This is the highest value of music therapy. BTS is a Korean boy band that has gained a worldwide reputation. Recently, their songs are affecting teenagers all over the world. In this way, the author thinks that the repetition of folk songs was reborn as a 'Hook song' and the repetitive form of music is a good way to give support to anyone. The author thinks this is best accomplished by singing 'misery loves company.

Abstract

Most modern adults are overweight or obese. Health services are troubling to overcome the large number of individuals in need of weight loss. Music therapy is emerging as a new option. Among various music therapy methods, it studied various treatments through Korean traditional music, and it is thought that Korean traditional music is a good therapy for diet. The present review focused on find the most useful condition for weight control by using Korean traditional music. National Center for Korean Traditional Performing Arts measured the dB of Korean traditional music, In the next, listen to other dB's music while eating and compared energy intake, water intake, duration of meals, number of servings, number of bites, eating rate (bites per minute), and bite size (grams). As a result of the exhibits, differences in food intake were also found in the difference of dB. 60 dB of music showed a decrease in energy intake. It suggests that Korean traditional music belonging to 60 dB brings weight loss effect. As a result, the effect of weight loss is shown by use Korean traditional music. However, future studies should be performed to reduce the energy intake by increasing the exposure period to Korean traditional music
