Abstract

Existing improvement measures for resource management are merely concentrating on the document automation only. In addition, such improvements rarely benefit metal millwork management. Following the trend of constructing high rise and multi-complex buildings, the importance of resource management from the aspect of construction project management is being emphasized. Metal work resources are critical most of construction projects, it became a target for special management. Therefore, the study has determined work process of metal work resource management, for the metal millwork is one of the most important construction materials most of construction projects, and proposed a web based module for improving the management task.

Abstract

This research analyzes the need for technical elements based on related articles and empirical experience when culture tourism homepage is to be developed or renewed focused on the research of main elements in 6 web sites. Technological elements required for the development of culture tourism homepage are use, contents, structure, linkage, search, and appearance. Tourism information service provides many conveniences to tourists, and help to maximize profits and additional income for urban tourism.

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a new method of background removing for digital self-adaptive acquisition in medical X-ray imaging. We analysis the construction of video digital acquisition system and main factors of acquired image quality, propose a more efficiency method to against background non-uniformly. With proposed method, non-uniform illumination back ground was well removed without image quality degradation.

Abstract

In this paper, we propose to new dispatcher method, which doesn't depend on an operating system of the server, and the direct routing method, by which a server answers a client's request at first hand. And, propose new web clustering scheme based on the contents on the web where web servers composed of cluster, with each different contents, answer client's request. The other purposes are to reduce overhead of the dispatcher through load balance, and to minimize the time to take in responding to a client's request. The performance of new web cluster scheme was improved by about 39% than that of the existing RR method. It was identified that the performance of the proposed web cluster method was extraordinary improved comparing with that of the existing RR method as a whole.

Abstract

The development of communication technology and the spread of computers and internet have affected to the field of education. In this paper, we design a learning process with LAMS to make the new education environment which is required in an information age. We made the learning environment with LAMS which develops the learner’s algorithmic thinking faculty on some sorting algorithm, especially such as selection sort, bubble sort and insertion sort algorithm. In addition, we analyse the effectiveness of the learning environment. The designed contents were applied to elementary school students’ learning and a questionnaire survey was conducted after a learning course. The research of the questionnaire shows that the learning system using LAMS motivates a learner for learning and provides a convenient learning environment.
