The Journal of Korean Medicine Education (JKME) accepts submissions on various topics related to Korean medicine education, including research papers, reviews, case studies, editorials, letters, opinion papers, and technical notes. It is published three times a year (August, December, and April) and offers online submissions through its website (https://acoms.accesson.kr/jkme/).
Here are the steps for submitting an article:
1. Before submitting, please review the submission guidelines (https://acoms.accesson.kr/jkme/oprs/about/info.do?menuId=M010900&menuNo=2074).
2. Visit the journal's resource center (https://acoms.accesson.kr/jkme/oprs/about/jformList.do?menuId=M011100&menuNo=2083) to download the submission template, reference style, and modify your article accordingly. Download the copyright transfer agreement form and fill it out.
3. Log in to KCI (https://www.kci.go.kr/) and perform a similarity check for your article using KCI literature similarity analysis. Download the result report (detailed view).
4. During submission, upload the original and anonymized versions of your article, the copyright transfer agreement, and the KCI similarity check report through the journal's website.
5. When submitting the manuscript (Word file), include only the English abstract and keywords. Submit both the abstract and keywords in Korean and English through the submission system.
6. There is no submission fee for all manuscripts, and the publication fee is as follows.
Full members: 80,000 KRW (no funding), 160,000 KRW (with funding)
Non-members: 100,000 KRW (no funding), 200,000 KRW (with funding)
Deposit the fee to 645-910100-44705 (Hana Bank, Korean Society of Medical Education) and notify the society via email with the depositor's name, amount, and date of deposit.
