본 논문에서는 주차 문제를 해결하기 위해 새로운 주차장을 만드는 것보다 기존 주차장을 효율적으로 활용하는 인공지능 기반의 주차관제시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해 CCTV를 통한 영상분석으로 주차면 인식 및 잔여 주차 공간정보를 제공하고, 사용자 중심의 쉽고, 직관적인 인터페이스 설계로 실시간 주차정보 제공 및 GPS 사용으로 인한 근처 주차장 찾기 및 길 안내 서비스 등을 제공한다. 또한 기존 주차관제플랫폼의 한계점을 극복하기 위해 강력한 보안 및 개인정보 보호 기능을 갖추고 있다. 본 연구에서 구현한 지능형 주차관제시스템은 사용자의 편의성을 향상시키고, 도시의 교통 혼잡과 주차 문제를 해결하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있으며 시스템 설계 와 구현의 전 과정을 기술한다.
