정보통신기술의 발전에 따라 디지털도서관은 자료의 디지털화 등을 통하여, 디지털환경에 맞는 정보서비스를 위한 역할의 변화를 가져오고 있다. 저작권법은 도서관이 비영리적 기관으로서 사회의 공익에 기여하는 점이 많기 때문에 저작권법이 예외적으로 적용되어 자유로운 정보서비스를 허용하고 있다. 그렇지만 디지털환경에서는 디지털 복제와 전송이 쉽기 때문에 권리자와 이용자와의 균형관계를 형성하기에는 어려움이 따른다. 이러한 변화에 적응하고자 개정된 저작권법은 취지와는 달리 인터넷을 통한 디지털도서관에의 접근을 제한하고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문은 현행 저작권법 및 개정안의 문제점을 고찰함과 아울러 디지털도서관의 이용활성화를 위한 개선방안을 살펴보고자 하였다.
Abstract
As Information Technology has developed, digital library has an opportunity to change the paradigm of role of library to adjust in digital environment. Digital library has promote information services with digitization of materials. In library fare use is allowed to the public for information services. However, digital copy and transmission is simple in digital environment, to balance between owner and user is not easy but important things. Therefor, current copyright act is revised to adjust these environment but the act restrict the users′accessing digital library through interned, not complied with the motive of revision. Moreover, proposed act which is proposed to facilitate digital library services also extremely limits information services. In this monograph, I will review the copyright act related library and seek for the improved means.

현대는 정보센터에서 제공하는 정보서비스의 품질을 고객이 요구하는 수준으로 제공하여야 한다. 이를 위하여 프로세스를 중심으로 한 시스템 경영이 필요한 시점이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 국제적인 품질경영시스템인 ISO 9000 인증제도의 이론적 검토를 통하여 ISO 9000 인증제도와 인증 추이를 조사하였다. 아울러 이를 정보센터에서 ISO 9000 품질경영시스템의 도입에 대한 조직 구성원들의 인식도를 설문조사, 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 정보센터에서 ISO 9000 품질경영시스템 인증제도에 대한 인식제고와 향후 ISO 9000 인증제도의 도입시 필요한 사항 등을 파악하고자 하였다.
Abstract
Modern stage must offer to the level which the customer requests the quality of the information service to offer from the information center. We are the one view which needs new system management around the process serving this. This study accomplished theoretical review of ISO 9000 as International Quality Management System. investigated the trend for change of ISO 9000 certification systems. We analyzed the recognition level of members about the introduction of ISO 9000 quality management systems in the information center. The level up of recognition about ISO 9000 quality management system certification systems was the low in the information center. Hereafter, We grasped the subject of ISO 9000 certification systems which the introduction needs. We reviewed ISO 9000 family which the Library and Information center possible apply and presented the requirement in the library and information center with the process to need for a Quality Management System certification.

본 연구에서는 웹 검색 이용자들의 전반적인 검색 행태를 이해하기 위하여 국내에서 널리 사용되고 있는 웹 검색 서비스 네이버에서 생성된 검색 트랜잭션 로그를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 웹 검색 트랜잭션 로그 분석에 필요한 세션 정의 방법을 설명하고 로그 정제 및 질의 유형 분류방법을 제시하였으며, 한글 검색 트랜잭션 로그 분석에 필수절인 검색어 정의 방법을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 보다 효과적인 국내 웹 검색 시스템 개발과 서비스 구축에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
In order to investigate information seeking behavior of web search users, this study analyzes transaction logs posed by users of NAVER, a major Korean Internet search service. We present a session definition method for Web transaction log analysis, a way of cleaning original logs and a query classification method. We also propose a query term definition method that is necessary for Korean Web transaction log analysis. It is expected that this study could contribute to the development and implementation of more effective Web search systems and services.

본 연구에서는 한 번 방문한 이용자들의 방문횟수를 계속해서 유지시켜줄 수 있는 패션잡지 사이트의 구성에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. 이용자들이 사이트들을 쉽게 방문할 수 있게 하는 방법에는 여러 가지가 있겠지만, 홈페이지의 구성이 이용자들에게 어떻게 받아들여지느냐에 따라 많이 작용될 것이다. 그러므로, 이를 위하여 국내에서 운영중인 웹 패션잡지 7개를 선정하여 웹기반의 패션잡지의 이용 편리성을 콘텐츠, 디자인, 네비게이션, 서비스 측면에서 측정하였다. 또한 40명의 10·20대 남녀 피험자들 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 통해서 7개의 웹 패션잡지를 탐색하게 한 후에 최종 이용자의 행태를 조사·분석하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 콘텐츠, 디자인, 네비게이션, 서비스 측면에서 제공할 수 있는 패션잡지의 효과적인 웹사이트 모형을 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purposes of this study were to examine the features of web fashion magazines and to suggest an effective website model for them. Seven web fashion magazines were analyzed. The evaluating criteria included: contents, design, navigation, and services. In addition, online-questionnaires were sent to 40 end users to obtain the information regarding user behaviors on the elected web fashion magazines. The results show that a suggested model should include various aspects: 1) providing currents information. 2) consistency in design, 3) easy in navigation, and 4) searching function etc.

본 연구는 국내 건강정보 사이트의 평가 모형을 제시하고 이를 통해 소비자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 건강정보 사이트 방문자들을 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과를 공변량구조모형을 이용해 분석하였다. 연구 결과 사이트 평가 요인은 컨텐츠, 웹시스템 그리고 고객서비스의 3개 요인으로 나누어졌으며, 이들 요인 중에서도 정보내용과 관련된 컨텐츠 요인이 고객 만족도와 통계적으로 가장 유의한 정의 관계를 보여주고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 평가요인이 소비자 만족도와 이용료 수준의 적정성에 영향을 미치고, 이러한 고객반족이 타인추천에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to examine the evaluation models of internet sites and to analyze the factors affecting the consumer satisfaction of health information sites in the Internet. Based on the covariance structural model applied to a customer survey, this study shows that among the characteristics of the site. contents has the most significant effect on customer satisfaction, which in turn affects the consumer willingness to recommend the site to others.

본 연구의 목적은 대학도서관 웹사이트의 효율적인 이용을 위하여 웹사이트 메뉴구조와 용어를 제안하는데 있다. 메뉴구조는 7가지의 웹사이트 메뉴패턴을 기준으로 분석하였고, 용어는 빈도순에 의한 항목을 분석하였다. 메뉴구조의 분석결과는 전반적으로 2가지 이상의 메뉴구조를 혼합하여 사용하고 있었고, 구조패턴은 <테이블>과 <프레임 + 테이블> 메뉴패턴이 유리한 것으로 나타났다. 메뉴에 사용된 용어는 다양하게 나타나고 있어서 체계적인 재분류와 절제된 표현이 요구된다. 본 연구의 결과는 도서관 웹사이트 제작자와 일선 사서들의 메뉴구조와 용어선정 문제에 도움을 주고, 이용자에게 도서관이 제공하는 서비스의 개념적 혼동과 이해부족 문제를 해소할 것으로 기대 된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to propose new menu structure and terms to be used by Website design for utilization of academic library Website. The menu structure was analyzed, based on seven menu patterns of Website which is widely used, and terms were analyzed by the frequency appearing at the Website. According to the analyzed result, the menu structure used to more than two menu patterns and the terms appear variety. The profitable menu pattern appears 〈table〉 and 〈frame + table〉 menu structures and the terms needs to systematic re-classification and controlled presentation. It is expected that this study can help a designer to the development and implementation of efficient Website. It helps not only to solve the problem of menu structure and term selection for librarian, but get rid of confusion of library services for users.

폭발적인 디지털콘텐츠의 성장과 함께, 지식과 정보를 중계하고 유통시키는 조직으로서 도서관과 정보센터는 지식소유자와 이용자사이에서의 새로운 역할을 수행하여야 한다. 정보화사회에서 무형의 정보와 지식에 경제적인 가치가 더하게 되므로서 전자지불시스템은 이러한 중계서비스를 수행하기 위하여 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 그러나 네트웍상에서 디지털콘텐츠를 전자적으로 사고 팔기 위해서는 데이터와 사용자의 정보에 대한 보안이 필수적으로 요구된다. 지식중계시스템(전자도서관)은 이용자가 안전하고 편리하게 인터넷을 통하여 자신이 필요로 하는 디지털콘텐츠를 입수 및 구매할 수 있어야 한다. 그러나 정보의 공유와 개방을 목표로 개발된 인터넷이 갖고 있는 기본적인 취약성 때문에 거래내용, 신용카드정보, 은행계좌정보, 혹은 관련 비밀번호, 사용자정보 등의 중요정보들이 쉽게 노출될 수 있다. 이러한 인터넷과 같은 개방망에서의 전자거래의 보안성을 높이기 위한 방법으로서 본 연구에서는 기존의 인증시스템과 관련된 암호관련 기술을 살펴보고 보다 보안성을 높일 수 있는 방법으로서 고려되고 있는 스마트카드가 가지고 있는 장점을 온라인상의 전자거래에 적용하는데 있어서의 사용자와 스마트카드에 대한 인증방법을 제안하고 있으며 특히 개방형 네트워크상에서의 스마트카드를 기반으로 하는 전자중계시스템에서의 사용자 및 스마트카드에 대한 동시적 다중인증 및 암호통신에 대한 프로토콜을 설계하고 이를 구현하였다.

With explosively increasing digital contents, library and information center should have a new role between knowledge providers and knowledge users as information brokering organization. Electronic transaction system should be required for performing this brokering service since economic value is added to information and knowledge in information society. However because of features o( the Internet like openness and information sharing, it has fundamental vulnerabilities in security issues. For Instance, disclosure of private information and line eavesdropping such as password, banking account, transaction data on network and so on are primary obstruction factors to activation of digital contents delivery on network. For high network security and authentication, this paper looks at smart card technologies and proposes multi-authentication protocol based on smart card on open network, implements and analyzes it.
