Abstract
Two textbooks of Nongmin dokbon and Daejung dokbon were published after Jeonjoseon Nongmin-sa was separated by Joseon Nongmin-sa in April 1930. Two textbooks contained human rights, nature, economic problems, farmer’s union, Korean geography, and Korean history. They explained natural, social, and cultural phenomenon with scientific perspective and emphasized observation, analysis, and interpretation. But, although they emphasized the right of tenant farmers against landowners, they did not criticize their control and oppression during Japanese imperialism period in Joseon. In addition, those textbooks ignored sexual discrimination in Joseon.
