득량만 키조개, Atrina pectinata의 양성밀도에 따른 성장과 생존율

Density Dependent Growth and Survival Rates of Atrina pectinata in Duekryang Bay, Korea

초록

본 연구를 위하여 득량만 키조개, Atrina pectinata의 양성밀도별 성장과 생존율을 조사하였다. 실험기간 중 이식해역의 수질환경을 살펴보면 수온은 <TEX>$14.5-28.0^{\circ}C$</TEX>였으며, 염분농도는 27.98-31.89 psu로 나타났다. 수소이온농도(pH)는 7.78-8.35 범위였으며, 용존산소는(DO) 7.07-7.90 mg/L, 화학적 산소요구량(COD)은 1.20-1.70 mg/L로 나타났다. 용존 무기질소(DIN)는 2.88-6.02 mg/L였으며, 인산염인(<TEX>$PO_4-P$</TEX>) 0.06-2.09 mg/L, Chlorophyll-a는 0.20-0.79 mg/L, 부유입자물질(SPM) 은 10.8-21.4 mg/L의 범위로 나타났다. 저질 환경을 살펴보면 총강열감량(IL)은 4.0-4.6%, 저질COD는 7.28-10.76 mg/L, 황화물(AVS)은 0.03-0.05 mg/L의 범위를 나타냈다. 밀도에 따른 키조개의 성장을 살펴보면, 저밀도의 시험구에서 높은 성장률을 보였다. 각고의 일간성장률은 5 indiv./<TEX>$m^2$</TEX> 시험구가 0.27%이었고, 10 indiv./<TEX>$m^2$</TEX>는 0.26%, 35 indiv./<TEX>$m^2$</TEX> 시험구는 0.21%이었다. 전중량의 일간성장률은 5 indiv./<TEX>$m^2$</TEX> 시험구가 0.33%이었고, 10 indiv./<TEX>$m^2$</TEX>는 0.29%, 35 indiv./<TEX>$m^2$</TEX> 시험구는 0.20%이었다. 생존율은 5 indiv./<TEX>$m^2$</TEX>와 10 indiv./<TEX>$m^2$</TEX> 시험구에서 높은 생존율을 나타냈다.

Abstract

Growth and survival rates dependent on the density of a pen sell, Atrina pectinata were measured from Duekryang bay in Korea. Annual water temperature and salinity of the study area were ranged from 14.5 to 28.0℃ and from 27.98 to 31.89 psu, respectively. The pH, DO, COD, DIN, Chl-a and SPM in the study area ranged from 7.78-8.35 mg/L, 7.07-7.90 mg/L, 1.20-1.70 mg/L, 2.88-6.02 mg/L, 0.20-0.79 mg/L and 10.8-21.4 mg/L. The IL, COD and AVS in sediments ranged from 4.0-4.6%, 7.28-10.76 mg/L and 0.03-0.05 mg/L respectively. The daily growth rate of shell height and total weight were 0.27%, 0.33% (5 indiv./m²), 0.26, 0.29% (10 indiv./m²) and 0.21, 0.20% (35 indiv./m2). The survival rate also decreased along the density gradient; highest at the lowest density of 5 indiv./m² and lowest at the maximum density of 35 indiv./m².
