Editorial Policy

Instruction for Authors

1. In principle, a person who intends to submit a manuscript to an academic journal shall be a member of the Space Technology Research Institute.

2. The thesis manuscript is prepared according to the Space Note template and registered and submitted on the association's website (online thesis review system).

3. The date of receipt of the manuscript shall be the time when the author's registration procedure is completed. However, if the manuscript sent to the author for correction, supplementation, etc. is not forwarded within three months from the date of sending at this conference, the initial date of receipt shall be invalid.

4. The editorial committee decides whether to adopt the manuscript. The manuscript is reviewed by an expert in the aerospace field, and for details, refer to the thesis review procedure.

5. All responsibility for the technical content of the paper shall be held by the author, and the copyright of the paper shall be transferred to the Space Technology Research Institute.  

6. The number of prescribed pages of a paper (Paper(s)) to be published in the journal shall be three or more.

7. The submitted manuscript shall be a paper not published in any other journal.

8. The paper has aerospace engineering and technical contributions, and must be original and reliable.

9. In principle, the system of the thesis should be in the following order.

Subjects and author names, abstracts, key technical terms (the paper is purpose, background, etc.), text (theoretical interpretation, experimental method, results, interpretation of results, consideration, etc.), conclusions, citations, appendices, others.

10. Research and publishing ethics of affiliated institutions, national and international standards and non-mentioned standards shall be subject to social norms and relevant statutes on research and publishing ethics, and in violation of this, submission and publication of all publications issued by the Space Technology Research Institute shall be prohibited for three years

11. Plaintiff submissions and inquiries shall be made to the editorial staff of the Korean Aerospace Association.
