Abstract
The physiological, psychosocial, economic changes in postpartum bring some disorders on maternal mind and body. So the management of postpartum has been emphasized to date. After labor some problems may appear such like uterine bleeding, infection, depressive blue and ache in joint or around it. Some reports from traditional medical practitioner remarked over 50 % women in postpartum have complaints with in joints or around them. For this study, arrangement of nomenclature, criteria and historical summarization are needed. Keywords; Postpartum, general pain, criteria
