Aims and Scope

 

The Korean Journal of Food & Health Convergence (KJFHC) publishes original research analysis and inquiry into issues of importance to all aspects of Food & Health Convergence. KJFHC is an open-access journal that aims to help practitioners, researchers, and scholars continue to explore, examine, and resolve Food and health Convergence and problems and to share the results with both academia and industry. Articles in KJFHC examine past, current, and emerging trends and concerns in Food & Health Convergence. KJFHC publishes both quantitative and qualitative research as well as scholarly commentaries, case studies, book reviews, and other types of reports relating to all aspects of Food & Health Convergence.

The Korean Journal of Food & Health Convergence (KJFHC) publishes 6 times a year(February 28, March 30, June 30, September 30, November 30, December 30), and the published articles are available on KJFHC online at http://www.kjfhc.or.kr. ISSN: 2586-7342. E-mail: sscha@eulji.ac.kr

 

Call For Paper

 

The Korean Journal of Food & Health Convergence (KJFHC) is an open-access journal that publishes research analysis and inquiry into issues of importance to the Food & Health Convergence. KJFHC is all articles are peer-reviewed by a minimum of 3 referees. 

 

Topics of interest include (but are not limited to): Major classifications

 

Food Science(Restaurant Management, Customer Eating-out behavior, Restaurant Marketing, Food Nutrition, Healthy Food), 

Health science (Environmental Safety and Engineering, Medical Imaging and Detector, Nursing and Mental Health, Public Health, Health Policy and Economy, Dental Health), 

Other Hospitality Related Areas. 

 

The Korean Journal of Food & Health Convergence (KJFHC) will be published by the Korea Food & Health Convergence Association(KOFCA). 

 

Types of paper

 

Regular articles: These should describe new and/or carefully investigated findings and research methods should be given in sufficient detail for others to verify the work. Articles should be 3,000 - 5,000 words long to describe and interpret the work. 

Short Communications: Short Communication is suitable for recording the results of complete small investigations or giving details of new models, innovative methods or techniques. The style of main sections need not conform to that of full-length papers. Short communications should be much shorter, usually 1,000 - 3,000 words long. 

Reviews: Submissions of reviews and perspectives covering topics of current interest are welcome and encouraged. Reviews should be concise, usually 2,000 - 4,000 words long.
