초록

디지털 시대 연구성과의 확산을 위해 많은 전문도서관에서 기관 리포지터리를 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 이에 연구성과의 관리와 확산을 위한 도구로서 리포지터리 시스템의 주요 기능과 특성을 알아보고 지속적이고 안정적인 운영을 위해 필요한 요소에 대해 살펴보았다. 또한 한국보건사회연구원의 기관 리포지터리 시스템 구축과 운영 사례를 통해 다른 도서관에 필요한 내용을 제언하였다.

Abstract

Many specialized libraries have introduced and operated institutional repositories to disseminate research results in the digital age. This paper explores the main functions and characteristics of a repository system as a tool for managing and disseminating research results, and examines the factors necessary for continu￾ous and stable operation. It also provides recommendations for other libraries based on the case of the establishment and operation of an institutional repository system at the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs.
