The study uses a combination of 2 qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative methods are used through analysis, evaluation and synthesis of previous studies to build research models and scales for variables. Quantitative method with 250 samples applied SPSS 25.0 to test the scale by Cronbach's Alpha coefficients, to analyze the discovery factor EFA and regression analysis. The findings of the study provide useful information for consumers to buy organic foods and for marketers to increase sale of organic foods in Vietnam in general and Danang city in particular.
Spirulina is known to be more useful abroad than in Korea because it contains more protein than Chlorella, the same microalgae. In the past, sources of animal protein were diverse, but since it takes a long time to receive protein along with environmental pollution, we thought that spirulina could attract attention as a new protein source. In this study, application cases were analyzed in foods in the fields of acorn cake, tofu, dumpling skin, fish cake, white bread, pound cake, salad dressing, and yogurt and so on. As a result of centrally analyzing antioxidant and sensory evaluation, it was confirmed that the results were effective enough to develop products in tofu, dumpling skin, fish cake, and pound cake. It is thought that development of food in other fields will be possible if an additive amount that can match the consumer's preference is found by supplementing the mixing ratio. If it is used as a main raw material for existing food rather than as a raw material for health functional food, consumer preference can increase and quality can be further improved, and it can be suggested as a good alternative for an aging society.

Existing research has focused on the importance of the selection attributes of premium hamburgers. Quality, convenience, experience, and presentation visuals were selected as customer selection attributes. This study analyzed 158 customers who had purchased and tasted premium hamburgers. To verify reliability and validity, a confirmatory factor analysis and discriminant validity analysis were performed, and a path analysis was carried out using structural equation modeling. The results showed that the quality, convenience, experience, and presentation visuals of premium hamburgers had a statistically significant effect on satisfaction. Moreover, satisfaction was verified to have a significant effect on repurchase intention. Customers' preference for premium burgers will continue to increase, thanks to the growth in national income, single-person families, and healthy food wellness.
