Abstract
This thesis is aimed to explain how to express postcoloniality in korean modern poem. Lee Sang and Jung ji-yong are representative of poet having the theme in their poem as their colonial realities. they wrote on colonized identity in their separate ways, as is the separated subject and the disillusioned subject. In this colonized situation, that is the different culture are piled one on another, these subjects didn't accommodate and didn't mix the different culture but make dual modernity against western university, according to they understand korean modern culture which compose what is conflictingly mixed korean and western culture.
