Aims and Scope:
JRPE publishes original research analyses and inquiries into issues in Ethics. JRPE is an international peer-reviewed journal, which is devoted to contemporary issues of Ethics, Research Ethics, and Publication Ethics in the world. The aim of JRPE is to bring together the latest theoretical, empirical research, and mixed methodology. JRPE publishes Semi-annually (March 30, September 30) in both English and Korean. The journal welcomes scholarly/research articles from researchers, practitioners, and scholars throughout the world. It promotes engaging scholars, readers, and other stakeholders in ethics, research, and publication to streamline procedures and processes. JRPE desires to initiate positive change in research and publication ethics fields by encouraging collaboration and advancing knowledge. The journal ensures that researchers and scholars follow the correct methodology and observe all regulations regarding the use of human subjects. The focus on quality is essential because ethics is a critical consideration in research, publication, business, and other sectors explored by researchers. The contemporary researcher and practitioner must consider ethical issues, and the journal promotes compliance in the relevant fields.

The Journal of Research and Publication Ethics (JRPE) is founded and published its first series of research articles in 2020. Since then, focused strictly on quality and quantity to improve the content and to increase the number of published research papers in order to become a world-reputable scholarly journal. JRPE is one of several journals currently published by the Korea Distribution Science Association (KODISA), the highest number of journals publish by a scholarly community/association in Korea.
Types of Paper
Regular Article: This should describe new and/or carefully investigated findings, and research methods should be given in sufficient detail for others to verify the work. Articles should be 5,000 - 7,000 words long to describe and interpret the work clearly. All regular research articles are peer-reviewed by minimum 3 referees.
Short Communication: This short communication is suitable for reporting the results of small investigations or giving details of new models, innovative methods or techniques. The style of main sections doesn’t need to conform to that of full-length papers. Short communications should be usually 2,000 - 4,000 words long. Short communication articles are also peer-reviewed.
Review and Perspective: Submissions of review and perspective covering topics of current interest are welcome and encouraged. Review articles should be concise, usually 2,000 - 4,000 words long.
