시뮬레이션 실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 융합적 요인

초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 융합적인 요인들을 파악하기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구대상은 4년제 일 간호대학에 재학중인 간호대학생 185명이였으며 측정 도구는 셀프리더쉽, 비판적 사고성향, 자기주도학습능력, 문제해결과정, 임상수행능력에 관한 문항으로 구성되었다. 셀프리더쉽, 비판적 사고성향, 자기주도학습능력, 문제해결과정, 임상수행능력정도는 기술통계로 분석하였고 제 변수들 간의 상관관계는 Pearson correlation coefficients, 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다중 선형 회귀분석(Multiple linear regression)을 적용하였다. 임상수행능력은 셀프리더쉽, 비판적 사고성향, 자기주도학습능력, 문제해결과정과 유의한 정적상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=.580, r=.604, r=.668, r=.627). 대인관계(β=.148), 비판적 사고성향(β=.158), 문제해결과정(β=.165), 자기주도학습능력(β=.321)순으로 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 임상수행능력의 53%를 설명하였다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 간호대학생들의 임상수행능력을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램 개발에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Abstract

본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 융합적인 요인들을 파악하기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구대상은 4년제 일 간호대학에 재학중인 간호대학생 185명이였으며 측정 도구는 셀프리더쉽, 비판적 사고성향, 자기주도학습능력, 문제해결과정, 임상수행능력에 관한 문항으로 구성되었다. 셀프리더쉽, 비판적 사고성향, 자기주도학습능력, 문제해결과정, 임상수행능력정도는 기술통계로 분석하였고 제 변수들 간의 상관관계는 Pearson correlation coefficients, 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다중 선형 회귀분석(Multiple linear regression)을 적용하였다. 임상수행능력은 셀프리더쉽, 비판적 사고성향, 자기주도학습능력, 문제해결과정과 유의한 정적상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=.580, r=.604, r=.668, r=.627). 대인관계(β=.148), 비판적 사고성향(β=.158), 문제해결과정(β=.165), 자기주도학습능력(β=.321)순으로 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 임상수행능력의 53%를 설명하였다. 본 연구 결과를토대로 간호대학생들의 임상수행능력을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램 개발에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
