Abstract

Following the advanced fuel cycle initiative (AFCI) promotions in the United States, the analytic proposition for global fuel cycle initiative (GFCI) has been investigated using dynamical simulations. The political and economic aspects are considered simultaneously due to the particular characteristics of the nuclear materials. The spent nuclear fuels (SNFs) are treated as the reprocessing by the nuclear non-proliferation treaty (NPT) exemption nations and the NPT excluded nations. Otherwise, the pyroprocessing and repository can be done without NPT restriction. In addition, the international trade is considered as the economic aspect where the energy production is a key issue of the GFCI. The dynamical simulations have been done until 2050. The result of the International Trade shows the gradually increasing shape. Additionally, the Nuclear Power Plant Operation shows the increasing by stepwise shape.

Abstract

Recently, interest in blockchain technology has increased. The data industry is increasingly growing around the world. In addition, databases which obtain important information such as personal data are targeted by hackers. Data exposed by attackers happen frequently. In 2017, OWASP announced SQL injection is a top 1 threat to web applications. However, the proportion of data security is the smallest in the data industry. To prevent data exposure, this paper proposes a method that can protect databases by using hybrid blockchain.

Abstract

This paper is about IoT(Internet of Things)-based smart trash can. In modern society, waste disposal creates several social problems. In particular, large floating populations cause a problem in the city center on weekends as the waste disposal capacity cannot keep up with the amount of waste discharged. There are problems such as stinks, unpleasant aesthetics, and insects caused by overflowing garbage. To solve this problem, a smart trash can was proposed. The proposed smart trash can provide a garbage compression function, an automatic opening and closing of the trash can lid, a display of the amount of garbage, and monitoring and control of the trash can. It is expected that the proposed ‘smart trash can’ can be usefully used for outdoor waste disposal with a large floating population.

Abstract

This paper proposes energy management directions to discover the factors of energy loss in homes and buildings and to find ways to improve them. We designed a diagnostic content app for everyday life so that not only housing experts but also the general public can use the detachable thermal imaging camera, which is a strong point of popularity and convenience. The diagnostic results using the app were analyzed using Energy Finder, an energy efficiency diagnostic solution. The survey was conducted on the senior center which is in the blind spots and facilities of the energy welfare area. The target of diagnosis was energy efficiency diagnosis by selecting 30 senior centers for over 15 years from 600 locations located in Naju City, Jeollanam-do. The overall diagnosis was good, but it is considered that the place classified as 7th grade needs to be supplemented to improve energy efficiency.

Abstract

본 연구는 청소년수련시설 종사자의 사회적 지지가 서비스 질에 미치는 영향에서 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 청소년수련시설 종사자의 서비스 질 향상에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구 결과 첫째, 사회적 지지와 임파워먼트는 서비스 질에 정적인 영향을 제공하는 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 임파워먼트의 부분매개효과를 확인할 수 있다. 본 연구결과에 기초하여 제언하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 종사자의사회적 지지를 위해 청소년수련시설의 중간관리자와 시설장은 인터넷, 스마트 폰 등 사물인터넷 환경을 활용해야 한다. 둘째, 임파워먼트 향상을 위해 업무와 관련된 정보지원, 보상과 관련된 물질지원, 업무 처리와 관련된 평가지원 등의지원이 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 종사자의 임파워먼트 향상을 위해 사물인터넷 환경을 활용한 증강현실(AR), 가상현실(VR), 플립러닝 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

Abstract

The Internet of Things plays a role as an important element technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution. This study is currently developing intelligent cars with IT technology, and is at a time when the development of intelligent cars is active and network data communication is possible. However, security solutions are needed as security is still at a weak stage, which can be threatened by intrusions into the network from outside. In this paper, in order to improve security of intelligent cars without causing security problems, we will apply blockchain technology, propose biometric authentication techniques using users' biometric information, and continue to study them in the future.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the relationship of the knowledge of end-of-life(EOL) care, life-sustaining treatment(LST), and advance directive(AD) with the educational needs regarding AD writing among nurses in convergence era. For this cross-sectional study, participants were 169 nurses at a general hospital in South Korea. Data were collected from July 19 to 26 in 2018 using structured questionnaires. Knowledge on EOL care scored 8.56 out of 11 points, knowledge on LST scored 5.11 out of 6 points, and knowledge on AD scored 8.02 out of 9 points. Educational needs regarding AD writing scored 4.31 out of 5 points. There were statistically correlations between knowledge on LST and educational needs regarding AD writing (r=.182, p =.018), and between knowledge on AD and educational needs regarding advance AD writing (r=.234, p =.002). The findings can be used to develop the educational program regarding AD.

Abstract

본 논문은 심리운동프로그램이 보육교사의 자아탄력성과 보육효능감에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 서울시 J구의 8개 어린이집의 보육교사로서 최종 대상자는 실험군 18명, 대조군 19명 이었다. 중재프로그램으로 1회 4시간, 주 2회, 총 10회, 총 40시간의 심리운동프로그램을 보육교사에게 제공하였다. 자료수집은2017년 9월 2일부터 11월 12일 사이에 이루어졌으며 수집된 자료는 독립표본 Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney test로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 심리운동프로그램이 보육교사의 자아탄력성과 하위요인인 대인관계 효율성 향상에 유의한 효과가 있음을 보여주었으며 이를 통해 보육교사의 자아탄력성 관리와 지원을 위한 기초근거를 마련의 가치가 있었음을확인하였다. 본 연구는 보육교사의 직무에서의 적응과 대처능력 향상에 도움이 될 수 있는 방안을 제시하였으므로 그의미와 가치가 있다고 판단된다.

Abstract

본 연구는 이용시설노인들을 대상으로 차문화 융합 프로그램을 실시하여 의사소통 향상에 미치는 효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 H시 S복지관 내 노인주간보호센터를 이용하는 7명을 주 1회 60분씩 3개월 간 차문화 융합프로그램을 진행하였다. 차문화 융합 프로그램의 각 회기별 노인들이 차문화 융합 프로그램에 참여하는 연구대상자들에대한 회기별 의사소통과 관련된 심리 및 행동 변화를 기록하여 비교하였다. 차문화 융합 프로그램이 이용시설 노인들의의사소통과 관련된 행동 및 태도에 긍정적인 효과를 주는 것으로 나타났다. 사전과 사후의 행동 및 태도를 분석한 결과차문화 융합 프로그램이 노인들에게 정서적, 사회적 지지의 역할을 함으로써 의사소통에 긍정적인 변화를 가져왔다. 이러한 연구 결과는 차문화 융합 프로그램이 이용시설 노인들의 의사소통을 증진시키는 효율적인 프로그램임을 보여준다는 점에서 노인들에게 차문화 융합 프로그램은 심리사회적으로 꼭 필요한 프로그램이라는 점을 시사한다.

Abstract

The internet of things (IoT) using cloud computing is applied to nuclear industry in which the nuclear power plant (NPP) accident is analyzed for the safety assessment. The Fukushima NPP accident is modeled for the accident simulations where the earthquake induced plant failure accident is used for analyzing the cloud computing technology. The fast and reasonable treatment in the natural disaster was needed in the case of the Fukushima. The real time safety assessment (RTSA) and the Monte-Carlo real time assessment (MCRTA) are constructed. This cloud computing could give the practicable method to prepare for the future similar accident.

Abstract

Being a dense and complex task of precisely detecting the weeds in practical crop field environment, previous approaches lack in terms of speed of processing image frames with accuracy. Although much of the attention has been given to classify the plants diseases but detecting crop weed issue remained in limelight. Previous approaches report to use fast algorithms but inference time is not even closer to real time, making them impractical solutions to be used in uncontrolled conditions. Therefore, we propose a detection model for the complex rice weed detection task. Experimental results show that inference time in our approach is reduced with a significant margin in weed detection task, making it practically deployable application in real conditions. The samples are collected at two different growth stages of rice and annotated manually.

Abstract

Multi-Channel Switch ICs for IoT have integrated several solid state structure low ON-resistance bi-directional relay MOS switches with level shifter to drive high voltage and they should be independently controlled by external serialized logic control. These devices are designed for using in applications requiring high-voltage switching control by low-voltage control signals, such as medical ultra-sound imaging, ink-jet printer control, bare board open/short and leakage test system using Kelvin 4-terminal measurement method. This paper describes implementation of analog switch control block and its verification using Field programmable Gate Array (FPGA) test pattern generation. Each block has been implemented using Verilog hardware description language then simulated by Modelsim and prototyped in a FPGA board. Compare to conventional IC, The proposed architecture can be applied to fields where multiple entities need to be controlled simultaneously in the IoT environment and the proposed pattern generation method can be applied to test similar types of ICs.
