The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of Han Coaching Training Program on the participants’ subjectivity, interpersonal relationship and happiness. The research questions were: first, do the graduates of the Han Coaching Training Program show increased differences in their subjectivity? second, do the graduates of the Han Coaching Training Program show increased differences in their interpersonal relationship? third, do the graduates of the Han Coaching Training Program show increased differences in their happiness? Of the 160 total participants, about half(50%) of them already had coaching experience since they were working as professional coaches or counselors. The participants were divided into control and experimental groups, consisting of 80 participants in each group. Pre-test measurements of subjectivity-interpersonal relationship scales and happiness scale were conducted on both groups at the same time before the experimental treatment. Then, the experimental group completed 32 hours of Han Coaching Training Program over four-day period, while the control group did not receive any training. Immediately after completing the Han Coaching Training Program, post-test measurements of subjectivity, interpersonal relationship and happiness were conducted on both groups at the same time using the same scales used in the pre-test. The results show that the experimental group’s subjectivity, interpersonal relationship and happiness show significant increase in the post-test than the control group. This indicate that the Han Coaching Training Program has a positive effect in increasing the participants’ subjectivity, interpersonal relationship and happiness.
