소아의 수직적 안모 형태에 따른 상기도 폭경 평가

Evaluation of pharyngeal airway width in relation to vertical facial types in children

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 한국 성장기 아동의 수직적 안모 형태에 따른 상기도 폭경을 평가하는 것이다. 7 - 11세의 101명의 대상자가 선정되었으며 하악평면각을 기준으로 3개의 군으로 분류하였다. 기도 폭경의 평가는 측모두부방사선사진상에서 이루어졌으며 일원배치분산분석과 독립 t 검정을 이용하여 통계분석 시행하였다. 수직적 성장군의 비인두 및 상부 구인두 폭경이 유의하게 좁은 것이 확인되었다. 하부 비인두 폭경은 수평적 성장군에서 가장 넓은 것으로 나타났다. 수직적인 구인두의 계측값은 남아보다 여아에서 더 좁은 것으로 확인되었으며 수평적인 계측값은 성별간 유의한 차이는 없었다. 본 연구 결과 수직적 안모 형태를 보이는 소아의 기도 폭경이 정상 및 수평적 안모 형태를 보이는 소아의 기도 폭경보다 유의하게 좁았다.
