The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of career planning on the subjective career success of the employees who experienced post merger integration and to reveal the mediating effects of self-efficacy and resilience on subjective career success. A survey was conducted by online for 279 employees of H company who experienced corporate integration. The results showed that career planning has a significant positive effect on career satisfaction and employability which are sub-factors of subjective career success and also, showed positive (+) effect on psychological characteristics of efficacy and resilience of employee members. The efficacy and resilience of individual psychological characteristics proved to be partially mediated in the relationship between career planning and subjective career success.
