초록

본 연구는 미혼인 성인 남녀를 대상으로 내적통제성이 이성관계 만족도에 미치는 영향을 확 인하고, 내적통제성과 이성관계 만족도의 관계에서 자아탄력성이 매개효과를 갖는가를 분석 하였다. 이를 위해 성인남녀 356명(남성 73명, 여성 283명)을 대상으로 내적통제성 척도, 자 아탄력성 척도, 이성관계 만족도 척도로 구성된 설문조사를 구글(Google) 설문을 통해 실시하 였다. 결과분석은 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 SPSS 18.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도 분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 단순선형회귀분석, 매개효과분석, Sobel검정을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내적 통제성이 높을수록 자아탄력성과 이성관계 만족도 가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자아탄력성이 높을수록 이성관계 만족도가 높아지는 것 으로 나타났다. 셋째, 내적통제성과 이성관계 만족도 간의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과 분석 결과, 자아탄력성은 부분매개효과를 가지고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 내적통제성과 자아탄력성이 이성관계 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있 었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 추후 연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

Abstract

The present study examined the mediating effect of self resilience on the relation between internal locus of control and satisfaction in romantic relationship. To examine this, 356 male and female who unmarried adults were asked to complete questionnaires of self resilience, internal locus of control and satisfaction in romantic relationship. The results showed as like followings. First, there was a significant effect of locus of control on self resilience and satisfaction in romantic relationship. The higher internal locus of control had a positive effect on self resilience and satisfaction in romantic relationship. Second, there was a significant effect of self resilience on satisfaction in romantic relationship. Third, the results supported the hypotheses that self resilience would mediate the relationship between locus of control and satisfaction in romantic relationship. self resilience had a partial mediating effect between them. Finally, limitations of the present study and suggestions for future research were discussed.
