Abstract

This paper aims to present the physical computing learning model applicable in teaching the information and communication technology for technology and engineering education. This model is based on the physical computing and deals with the information creation and information transfer in one framework, thus provides students with the total understanding and practice opportunity about information and communication. The proposed learning models are classified into the client-server based model and the web based model. In the implemented learning model, the acquirement and control of information is performed by sketch on Arduino and the communication of information is performed by the Python socket on Raspberry Pi well known as an education platform. Our proposed learning model can be used for teaching students to understand the concept of Internet of Things (IoT), which provides us with world wide control and communication of information.

Abstract

These days, a lot of research has been in progress for a home automation system. In this study, the intelligent home automation system is developed for automatically controlling the temperature and illumination of the house. The difference with other research can be adjusted individually according to your taste and lifestyle of each individual, it is that it provides a more comfortable living environment through the accumulated lifestyle database. In addition, proposed system can use the mobile app to easily control the lighting devices, a electric fans, and heaters. Moreover the mobile app of proposed system offers function that allows you to search for residential environments statistics on their lifestyle.

Abstract

In this paper, we developed web based Plossom system, an efficient and convenient project management system. The development of Plossom consists of a web page using HTML and Bootstrap framework, and the logic is built using the algorithm suitable for web page by using JQuery. Additionally, Plossom is implemented to support interoperability with external system by using Spring's Thymeleaf and MySQL efficiently. The Plossom system developed in this study is expected to be very useful in the development process of IOT and ICT related projects.

Abstract

The issued problem in the existed NFC authentication system is the security problem caused by the fixed key and the inconvenience occurred by the extra NFC tag. This paper aims to enhance the security level through OTP system added up the key generation mechanism and the convenience level by the integrated Android App. This proposed authentication system on Arduino will be widely applied to IoT security and will be used on diverse applications.

Abstract

IoT technologies have been rapidly developed in recent years, and applied to many industries. In the field of fisheries, the water quality management system have been developed, helping in improving productivity and working environment. In this paper, we have designed the smart feeding system, interoperable with the water quality system, using LPWA network. LPWA network is an IoT network, which is appropriate to fish farms because of its wide area coverages and low power consumption. We expect this work to contribute to developing the aquaculture technology through the big data analysis with the accumulated data.

Abstract

In this thesis, we sought to build a home and business environment based on the rapid prototyping technology and network technologies that enabled rapid access to high-speed technologies and technologies. Using the analytic algorithm for image processing techniques, using the analytic algorithm for analyzing and tracking objects in the OpenCV library, trace objects and track objects and control various sensors. It also wants to implement a platform enabling various sensors to collect and record various services by controlling and connecting various sensors through the master Single board and the slave single.

Abstract

In this paper, we have developed Crypft+ as an enhanced file encryption/decryption system to improve the security of IoT system or individual document file management process. The Crypft+ system was developed as a core security module using Python, and designed and implemented a user interface using PyQt. We also implemented encryption and decryption function of important files stored in the computer system using AES based symmetric key encryption algorithm and SHA-512 based hash algorithm. In addition, Cx-Freezes module is used to convert the program as an exe-based executable code. Additionally, the manual for understanding the Cryptft+ SW is included in the internal program so that it can be downloaded directly.
