Tetrabenzylmethylenediamine(TBMDA), tetrabenzylethylenediamine(TBEDA), tetrabenzylpropylenediamine(TBPDA), tetrabenzylhexylenediamine(TBHDA)의 중성운반체를 이용한 수소이온 선택성 막전극을 제조하였다. TBMDA, TBEDA, TBPDA, TBHDA의 아미노기간의 탄소수 변화에 따라 pH 1~pH 9, pH 2~pH 9, pH 3~pH 9, pH 4~pH 9 범위에서 수소이온에 대하여 선택적이고 선형적인 감응을 나타내었으며, 각각에 대한 기울기는 48mV/pH, 52mV/pH, 64mV/pH, 59mV/pH를 나타내었다. 각 전극에 대하여 알칼리금속이온(<TEX>$Li^+$</TEX>, <TEX>$Na^+$</TEX>, <TEX>$K^+$</TEX>) 및 알칼리토금속이온(<TEX>$Mg^{2+}$</TEX>, <TEX>$Ca^{2+}$</TEX>, <TEX>$Sr^{2+}$</TEX>, <TEX>$Ba^{2+}$</TEX>), 전이금속이온(<TEX>$Cu^{2+}$</TEX>, <TEX>$Ni^{2+}$</TEX>, <TEX>$Co^{2+}$</TEX>)과 음이온(<TEX>$I^-$</TEX>, <TEX>$Br^-$</TEX>, <TEX>${NO_3}^-$</TEX>, <TEX>$SCN^-$</TEX>)에 대한 방해효과를 측정하였다. 선택계수는 분리용액법을 이용하여 측정하였고, 산성 용액에서 선형성을 나타내는 TBMDA가 가장 좋은 결과를 나타내었다.
This is on hydrogen ion-selective memebrane electrodes which were made of tetrabenzylmethylenediamine (TBMDA), tetrabenzylethylenediamine (TBEDA), tetrabenzylpropylenediamine(TBPDA) and tetrabenzylhexylenediamine(TBHDA) as neutral carriers. Their response potentials to carbon number between amino groups showed linear selectivities to hydrogen ion in the range of pH 1~pH 9, pH 2~pH 9, pH 3~pH 9 and pH 4~pH 9 and slopes were 48mV/pH, 52mV/pH, 64mV/pH, 59mV/pH respectively. The interferences effect on the cations were measured to alkali metal ions(<TEX>$Li^+$</TEX>, <TEX>$Na^+$</TEX>, <TEX>$K^+$</TEX>), alkaline earth metal ions (<TEX>$Mg^{2+}$</TEX>, <TEX>$Ca^{2+}$</TEX>, <TEX>$Sr^{2+}$</TEX>, <TEX>$Ba^{2+}$</TEX>), transition metals ions(<TEX>$Cu^{2+}$</TEX>, <TEX>$Ni^{2+}$</TEX>, <TEX>$Co^{2+}$</TEX>) and anions(<TEX>$I^-$</TEX>, <TEX>$Br^-$</TEX>, <TEX>${NO_3}^-$</TEX>, <TEX>$SCN^-$</TEX>), and selectivity coefficients were measured by separate-solution method. The membrane electrode made of TBMDA among the electrodes showed the best selectivity in acidic solution.
