Sodium dodecyl sulfate에서 2-Hydroxybenzaldehyde-5-Nitro-pyridylhydrazone을 이용한 바나듐(IV)의 분광광도법 정량

초록

2-Hydroxybenzaldehyde-5-nitro-pyridylhydrazone (2HB-5NPH)를 합성하여 계면활성제 하에서 바나듐 이온(IV)의 분광학적 정량에 응용하였다. pH, 용매효과, 리간드 농도와 계면활성제의 최적조건을 구하였다. 이 과정을 혼합 시료와 실제 시료 중의 바나듐(IV) 정량에 적용하여 만족한 결과를 얻었다(회수율 <TEX>${\geq}$</TEX> 97% ; <TEX>$0{\sim}1.5{\mu}g/mL$</TEX> 농도 범위에서 상대 표준 편차 <TEX>${\leq}$</TEX> 3.0% ; 용액중에서 검출 한계 <TEX>$0.02{\mu}g/mL$</TEX>).

Abstract

2-Hydroxybenzaldehyde-5-Nitro-pyridylhydrazone (2HB-5NPH) was synthesized and its application in the spectrophotometric determination of vanadium ion(IV) was studied in the presence of surfactant. The optimum conditions of pH, solvent effect, concentration of ligand and surfactant were evaluated. The procedure was applied to determination of vanadium (IV) in mixture sample and real sample with satisfactory results (recovery <TEX>${\geq}$</TEX> 97% ; relative standard deviation <TEX>${\leq}$</TEX> 3.0% in the concentration range of <TEX>$0{\sim}1.5{\mu}g/mL$</TEX> ; detection limit, <TEX>$0.02{\mu}g/mL$</TEX> in solution).
