본 연구에서는 수계에 서식하는 어류와 양서류에 대해 DEHA, carbaryl, amitrole의 잔류 실태를 조사하였다. 한강, 낙동강, 금강, 영산강 그리고 기타 수계를 포함한 29개 지점과 습지 2개 지점 등 총 31개 지점을 선정하였다. Carbaryl과 amitrole은 모든 지점에서 검출되지 않았으며, DEHA는 10개 지점에서 검출되었다. 검출된 DEHA의 최대 평균 농도는 금강에서 <TEX>$52.7{\mu}g/kg$</TEX>으로 나타났다. 검출된 10개 지점에 대해 살펴보면, 어류에 대한 평균 농도는 <TEX>$40.0{\mu}g/kg$</TEX>으로 나타났고, 양서류에 대한 평균 농도는 <TEX>$8.90{\mu}g/kg$</TEX>으로 어류에 비해 1/5 정도 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 검출빈도는 어류 10/62, 양서류 2/62를 보였고 어류에 대한 최대 검출 농도는 공주 지역의 붕어로 <TEX>$95.5{\mu}g/kg$</TEX>을 나타내었고, 양서류에 대해서는 나주 지역의 황소개구리로 <TEX>$12.1{\mu}g/kg$</TEX>였다. 검출된 10개 지점 중 6개 지점은 농경지였고 나머지 4개 지점은 준도시였다.
In this study, the levels of DEHA, carbaryl, and amitrole contained in the fresh water fishes and amphibians were determined. The 31 sampling sites were selected including 29 sites along the several rivers and 2 sites from the well-known wet lands. The rivers consists of the Han, Nakdong, Kum, Youngsan, and other small scaled rivers. DEHA was detected from 10 sites, but carbaryl and amitrole were not detected at any sites. The highest average concentration of DEHA was determined from the Kum River by <TEX>$52.7{\mu}g/kg$</TEX>. In the detected 10 sites, the average concentration of DEHA from fishes was <TEX>$40.0{\mu}g/kg$</TEX>, and that from amphibians was <TEX>$8.90{\mu}g/kg$</TEX> which indicates that 5 times more DEHA was observed from fishes than amphibians. The detection frequency from fishes was 10/62 while that from amphibians was 2/62, and the highest concentration from fishes was <TEX>$95.5{\mu}g/kg$</TEX> (crucians from Kongjoo) and that from amphibians was <TEX>$12.1{\mu}g/kg$</TEX> (bullfrog from Najoo). Among the 10 detected sites, 6 sites were agricultural area and the other 4 sites were semi-urban area.
