고체상 추출법과 GC/MS를 이용한 포도주 중의 fungicides 정량

초록

본 연구에서는 우리나라에서 시판되고 있는 국내 및 외제 와인에 대하여 vinclozolin, dichlofluanid, penconazole, procymidone 등의 살균제 잔류함량을 고체상 추출법을 이용한 GC/MS-SIM 방법으로 정량 하였다. 분석결과 모든 시료에서 procymidone의 함량이 <TEX>$2.2-76.1{\mu}g/L$</TEX>가 검출되었고, 회수율은 81.3-93.1 %, 표준편차는 1.4-3.4 %로 나타났다.

Abstract

The fungicides, used for grape growth and remained in the wine products from domestic and foreign countries such as vinclozolin, dichlofluanid, penconazole, procymidone were quantitatively analyzed after solid-phase extraction using a GC/MS-SIM method. The results obtained were as follows: for all the samples, the content of procymidone was in the range from 2.2 to <TEX>$76.1{\mu}g/L$</TEX>, recoveries 81.3-93.1 %, and standard deviation 1.4-3.4 %.
