Tributyl phosphate(TBP) is used in solvent extraction process for radioactive waste. This compound may be degraded to dibutyl phosphate(<TEX>$DBP^-$</TEX>), monobutyl phosphate(<TEX>$MBP^{2-}$</TEX>) and <TEX>${PO_4}^{3-}$</TEX> by radioactive material. Amount of <TEX>$DBP^-$</TEX> and <TEX>$MBP^{2-}$</TEX> in TBP must be monitored because they production of these compounds means degradation of which leads to a decrease in the extraction yield. Retention behavior for <TEX>$DBP^-$</TEX>, <TEX>$MBP^{2-}$</TEX>, <TEX>$F^-$</TEX>, <TEX>$Cl^-$</TEX>, <TEX>${NO_2}^-$</TEX>, <TEX>${NO_3}^-$</TEX>, <TEX>${SO_4}^{2-}$</TEX> and <TEX>${PO_4}^{3-}$</TEX> are studied with AS4A-SC(Dionex) analytical column and <TEX>$Na_2CO_3$</TEX>/NaOH eluent by Ion chromatography. Optimum condition for these anions is 2 mM <TEX>$Na_2CO_3$</TEX>/1 mM NaOH eluent. All anions by this condition is well separated within 15min. Dynamic range is <TEX>$10{\mu}g/mL$</TEX> - <TEX>$100{\mu}g/mL$</TEX> for DBP and <TEX>$5{\mu}g/mL$</TEX> - <TEX>$50{\mu}g/mL$</TEX> for <TEX>$MBP^{2-}$</TEX>, respectively. The Detection limit for AS4A-SC are <TEX>$1{\mu}g/mL$</TEX> for <TEX>$DBP^-$</TEX> and <TEX>$0.5{\mu}g/mL$</TEX> for <TEX>$MBP^{2-}$</TEX> in this system with a <TEX>$25{\mu}L$</TEX> sample loop.
