본 연구는 병원 현장에서 사용되고 있는 대표적인 심리평가 배터리의 구성과 그 활용 실태를 조사하기 위해 시행되었다. 이를 위해 현재 병원에서 근무 중인 101명의 임상심리사를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 시행하였다. 연구 결과, 각 배터리에 포함되어 있는 검사는 약 8-14가지이고, 1주일을 기준으로 시행되는 심리평가 배터리의 평균 개수는 약 12.7개로 나타났다. 병원 현장에서 가장 많이 실시되는 성인 종합심리평가의 평균 소요시간은 약 539.3분(약 9시간)으로, 실시에 약 207.4분(3시간 27.4분), 채점 및 보고서 작성에 약 256.8분(4시간 16.8분)이 소요되는 것으로 나타나, 실제 평가를 실시하는 시간보다 채점과 보고서 작성에 더 많은 시간과 노력이 투여되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 심리검사의 낮은 수가가 현행 심리평가 실태의 주된 문제점으로 지적되었다. 논의에서는 건강보험 수가 산출 구조에 기반한 심리평가 실태 문제점의 원인 파악과, 그에 따른 해결 방안이 제시되었다. 제시된 해결 방안으로는 면담, 채점, 보고서 작성 등 각각의 행위에 대한 보험 수가 마련과, 새롭고 다양한 평가 도구의 개발 및 타당화를 통한 검사 도구 자체의 개선 등이 있었다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the composition of a typical comprehensive psychological tests used in the hospital and the actual state of its use. An online questionnaire was administered to 101 clinical psychologists currently working at hospitals. It was found that each comprehensive psychological test contained about 8 to 14 types of tests, and the average number of assessment batteries conducted in a week in the hospital was about 12.7. Comprehensive psychological test for adult the most frequently conducted in hospital takes about 539.3 minutes (about 9 hours) for whole process, about 207.4 minutes (3 hours 27.4 minutes) for performing, and about 256.8 minutes (4 hours 16.8) for scoring and report preparation. It was shown that this would take more time and effort to score and report than perform. In addition, it was pointed out that the low medical charge of the psychological tests was the main problem of the current psychological assessment. The problems of the current psychological assessment and the solution based on the calculation structure of the national health insurance fee were discussed.
