Abstract

Purpose: To overcome the question that depends too much on expert's subjective judgment in traditional risk identification, this paper structure the multilevel generalized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematics model of the risk identification of project, to research the risk identification of the project. Research design, data and methodology: This paper constructs the multilevel generalized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematics model. Through iterative algorithm of AHP analysis, make sure the important degree of the sub project in risk analysis, then combine expert's subjective judgment with objective quantitative analysis, and distinguish the risk through identification models. Meanwhile, the concrete method of multilevel generalized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is probed. Using the index weights to analyse project risks is discussed in detail. Results: The improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm is proposed in the paper, at first the method of fuzzy sets core is used to optimize the fuzzy relation matrix. It improves the capability of the algorithm. Then, the method of entropy weight is used to establish weight vectors. This makes the computation process fair and open. And thereby, the uncertainty of the evaluation result brought by the subjectivity can be avoided effectively and the evaluation result becomes more objective and more reasonable. Conclusions: In this paper, we use an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate a railroad engineering project risk. It can give a more reliable result for a reference of decision making.

Abstract

Purpose: This study discusses efficient operation plans in terms of public rental housing maintenance in terms of LH, a major supplier. Research design, data, and methodology: After reviewing problems related to the maintenance and management of public rental housing discussed in several previous studies, problems in technology setting for repair maintenance costs for public rental housing, lack of public assistance for maintenance and management of public rental housing, management of housing funds, and lack of role of local governments in the supply and repair of public rental housing were derived. Based on this, the researcher conducted using literature research methods to present relevant improvement measures based on reasonable arguments. Results: this study presented four operational plans related to (1) realization of repair costs for public rental housing, (2) a public subsidy system for covering the maintenance costs for public rental housing, (3) efficient operation of the Housing City Fund, and (4) establishment of the public rental housing. This study aims to provide a foundation for the qualitative growth of the domestic public rental housing system. Conclusions: With this study, it is expected that social interest in maintenance of public rental housing centered on LH will be amplified to improve the quality of maintenance problems of public rental housing.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find a way to improve and overcome the psychological treatment limited to the negative factors dealt with in psychology from a positive psychological point of view. To this end, this study aims to verify whether a positive psychotherapy program can improve happiness, resilience, and post-traumatic growth along with improvement of psychological symptoms such as depression. Research design, data and methodology: To this end, in this study, mean difference analysis was conducted using t-test on 10 participants in the 16th PPT program and 14 in the control group. Also, after setting the main variables, we tried to confirm the effectiveness through simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis of the causal relationship model. Results: As a result of the independent sample t-test and the paired sample t-test, it was confirmed that the group participating in the PPT program had higher flourish, happiness, resilience, post-traumatic growth, and lower depression. In addition, as a result of regression analysis, it was confirmed that post-traumatic growth had a positive effect, and that depression was a life-threatening factor. Conclusions: Since the PPT program has a positive effect on the participants with relatively negative psychological symptoms, it is necessary to expand it. In addition, it is necessary to introduce various preventive programs such as PPT as well as traditional psychological treatment for negative symptoms such as depression.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find a way to improve the quality of life of the blind by confirming the effect of the motivation of the blind to participate in golf activities and the effect of income and self-efficacy in these relationships. Research design, data, and methodology: This study conducted a survey of 30 visually impaired people, and simple regression analysis, additive multiple moderating effect analysis were conducted using SPSS and PROCESS macro. Results: First, it was confirmed that the motivation to participate in golf activities is an important factor in improving the quality of life. Second, it was confirmed that income has a positive effect on the quality of life rather than the motivation to participate in golf activities, but self-efficacy negatively affects the quality of life. Third, it was confirmed that the interaction between participation motivation and income level negatively affects the quality of life, but the interaction between participation motivation and self-efficacy improves the quality of life. Conclusions: It suggests that organizations, golf courses, local governments, and volunteers who support the blind's outdoor activities, especially golf activities, need to establish a support system and take a careful approach to overcome these factors.
