Abstract

Purpose - This research, based on the successful experience of Korea, especially of Korea government, which, though promulgating laws and making policies, plays an rather pivotal role in Korea cultural industry development process, in developing cultural industry, explores possibly successful path and pattern that is suitable for China cultural industry. Research design, data, and Methodology - The study conducted a survey on Korea's 2000-2011 year data. After empirically analyzing the data, we believe that cultural industry in Korea and China will maintain its growth momentum. Results - This study shows that China and Korea are both belong to the only cultural circle of Confucianism and Chinese character, therefore, to research the successful experience of Korea government in cultural industry development will do much good to better promoting the optimal development of China cultural industry. China can encourage private flow to take on enterprises. In terms of financing, diversification can be achieved, by the means of cash, land, intangible assets, technology, stock, bond, cultural lottery etc. Conclusions - Besides, to better the degree of the internationalization of the allocation of the cultural resources, China government can, under the condition that Chinese laws permit, encourage foreign capital to invest in Chinese cultural industry field.

Abstract

Purpose- The study aims to understand the perception of the employees regarding employee relations, organizational culture, employee welfare and job design within the organization. Research design, data, and methodology - It is a descriptive study. A climate survey was conducted on the staff of NTPC, Badarpur. The sample size is 100. The data has been analyzed using excel and SPSS. Results - The study finds the lack of free flow of communication with the information by the top and middle management to lower levels, lack of existence of positive attitude, lack of recreational activities to bring stress level down. NTPC, Badarpur is an association which gives a wide range of offices to its workers along these lines giving fulfilment to its representatives all things considered. Conclusions - Correspondence network ought to be entirely clung to all the more free stream of correspondence by top and center administration. Greater lucidity with respect to expected set of responsibilities might be useful. Orderly enlistment is required. Human Asset prerequisites in groups should be re looked guaranteeing sufficient colleagues in a group. Workers are submitted towards association's objective. NTPC, Badarpur ought to move with the developing advancements so it can adapt up to the quicker rivalry.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aimed to check the influence of job characteristics of members of small and medium businesses on authentic leadership awareness of superiors and organizational citizenship behavior, and if the MPS between awareness of authentic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior mediated. This study aimed to find the influence of job characteristics of SMEs members on leadership awareness and organizational citizenship behavior, and the role of motivating Potential Score. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - Total of 150 valid questionnaires were collected. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, simple & multiple regression analysis, and 3-step mediated regression analysis were conducted. Results - The sub-factors of job characteristics all had positive influence on authentic leadership except skill variety and positive awareness on authentic leadership enhances organizational citizenship behavior of members. Also, MPS partially mediates awareness of authentic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion - Providing skill variety such as expanding jobs to members of SMEs does not have influence of positive leadership awareness of leaders and partial mediation of MPS means that job characteristics along with positive leadership awareness on superiors enhance organizational citizenship behavior and contributes in developing the organization.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to offer the suggestions for the researches and policies that could be used as important data to effectuate future FTA. The objective of this study is to suggest a direction of Korea that can form a new logistics hub in Northeast Asia. Research design, data, and methodology - This study was conducted in parallel with literature review and empirical studies for the analysis. 180 valid samples were collected from Korean consumers', and qualitative analysis was employed on the satisfaction level of imported goods welfare of Korean consumers. Results - It is expected that Korea and China would experience increased opportunity factors in this area with the growth of economic sphere in Northeast Asian. If existing problems are solved by utilizing regional environment efficiently together, the hub function of Northeast Asia logistics will be advanced. Conclusions - Korea is introducing and operating special economic zones that provide the exception and support for foreign investment. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the prices of imported goods, so that the exporters can adjust the prices and obtain the unjust profit equivalent to the tariff reduction by grasping the overseas market trends of the imported product prices.
