An Analysis of Responses to the Users  Demand Appearing on the Homepage of Theological Seminary Libraries

본 연구는 신학대학도서관에서의 이용자 요구와 도서관의 수용을 비교 분석함으로써 도서관운영의 기초자료를 제공하고, 이용자 만족도가 높은 도서관운영에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 8개 신학대학도서관의 홈페이지 전자게시판에 1년 동안 게시된 이용자의 글을 도서관 업무와 관련하여 9개 범주로 나누어 분석하였다. 그 결과 이용자 요구는 대출 및 열람범주가, 도서관수용은 전자자료 범주가 가장 많았고, 서비스개선으로의 수용유형이 가장 높게 나타났다. 수용율 49.6%를 70∼80% 수준으로 끌어올릴 수 있는 다양한 채널 개발과 적극적이고 개방적인 수용자세가 요구된다.

Abstract

According to analysis of responses to the user's demand of theological seminary libraries, the best category of demands is ‘Circulations’ and acceptancy is ‘Electroic Collections.’And the highest type of acceptancy is ‘Improvement of Services.’It is necessary to raise the current acceptancy rate of 49.6％ up to 70∼80% which leads to high level of user satisfaction in the university libraries.
