Abstract

We study continuous fields and K-groups of crossed products of C*-algebras. It is shown under a reasonable assumption that there exist continuous fields of C* -algebras between crossed products of C* -algebras by amenable locally compact groups and tensor products of C* -algebras with their group C* -algebras, and their K-groups are the same under the additional assumptions.

Abstract

In this paper we prove common fixed point theorems for three mappings under the condition of weak compatible mappings, without taking any function continuous in fuzzy metric space and then extend this result to fuzzy 2-metric space and fuzzy 3-metric space.

Abstract

We introduce the category ISet(H) of intuitionistic H-fuzzy sets and show that ISet(H) satisfies all the conditions of a topological universe except the terminal separator property. And we study the relation between Set(H) and ISet(H).

Abstract

For topological spaces X, Y and the function f : X → Y, it induces a function gr(f) : X → X x Y defined as gr(f)(χ) = (χ, f(χ)), for every χ ∈ X. It deals with some preliminary investigations relating to the behavior of functions and its graph functions. It has also been found that continuous functions are homotopic if and only if their graph functions are homotopic.

Abstract

Let ∑(p)(p ∈ N) be the class of functions f(z) = z/sup -p/ + α/sub 1-p/ z/sup 1-p/ + α/sub 2-p/z/sup 2-p/ + ... analytic in 0 < |z| < 1 and let M(p, λ, μ)(0 < λ≤ 2 and 2λ(λ - 1) ≤ μ ≤ λ²) denote the class of functions f(z) ∈ ∑(p) which satisfy (equation omitted). The object of the present paper is to derive some properties of functions in the class M(p, λ, μ).

Abstract

Let g = g(A) = (equation omitted) + be a symmetrizable Kac-Moody Lie algebra of type D/sub l//sup (1) with W as its Weyl group. We construct a sequence of root spaces with certain conditions. We also find the number of terms of this sequence is less then or equal to the hight of θ, the highest root.

Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to introduce the gradation of neigh-bourhoodness in L-fuzzy topology and to introduce the fuzziness in the concept of convergence of L-fuzzy nets.
