Purpose - Local social commerce market has grown up remarkably. And, Coupang has shown new delivery strategy of rocket delivery. Making new paradigm at local market, Coupang has expanded market scale. This study investigated state of local social commerce market, weight and promotion strategy of Coupang market to find out competitiveness edge of Coupang. Research design, data, and methodology - The study investigated state and concept of social commerce to find out state, problems and competitiveness of social commerce. New distribution service was short of precedent studies. Statistical analysis and experimental analysis were not used, and interview was done to investigate three of social commerce businesses. Results - CRM construction is insufficient to have poor system, Local delivery system could not be made enough at overnight delivery and customers were dissatisfied with ties with another company. Promotion shall be done by delivery system for increase of profitability, funding for more investment, chatbot to build new customer control system, and new delivery system to produce profit. Conclusions - Coupang and others have grown up rapidly to worsen profit and to jeopardize survival. Excessive initial investment has threatened the businesses, for instance, low sales of Amazon, excessive expenses, bench marking of logistics system, and others.
Purpose - Benefit delay type services have a characteristic of benefit delay that does not immediately appear at the time of delivery of service. Due to a characteristic of benefit delay, the customer's participation in the service delivery system is hindered, and the quality of service declines. As a result, customer satisfaction would be reduced. The purpose of this study is to construct an analytical framework to analyze a mechanism that promotes customer participation in benefit delay type services. Research design, data, and Methodology - Existing research has considered only the performance of service companies to enhance the quality of service and customer satisfaction. This study focused on customer participation as a factor affecting the quality of service and customer satisfaction and attempted to construct an analytical framework based on a theoretical perspective of motivational research. Results - By adopting the motivation theory, this research derived three concepts, the possibility of gaining benefits, the emotional experience, and the desire of benefit. And motivation is created when the three factors interact with each other. Conclusions - This paper has constructed an analytical framework for analyzing factors that promote customer participation in the benefit delay service and finally has proposed case study for further research.
Purpose - Major countries in the world continue to grow up without employment by the economy opening, more investment in foreign countries and technical innovation. Nevertheless, SMEs have job creation continuously. As this result, support for SMEs that is the source of job creation has increased attention. However, previous research between SMEs and job-creating is limited to the job creation effect of comparing with large companies, and R&D investment effect including government support. Also, many research provides the different result of correlation with technology innovation and job creation. Therefore, previous research has insufficient to explain job creation by which in the technology commercialization stage and the job-specific workforce. Research design, data, and Methodology - This study investigated the impact of customized R&D support upon job creation by using questionnaires of SMEs R&D service of K-Institution from 2009 to 2013. In detail, we analyzed the relationship between the technology commercialization stage and the usefulness of customized R&D support. Also, we added the analyzed the relationship between the usefulness of customized R&D support and the job-specific workforce. Results - Research result, Job creation had a significant relation to the usefulness of customized R&D support in product design stage and mass production stage. Also, R&D worker and production worker correlated with the usefulness of customized R&D support. These results indicate the importance of hiring R&D workers and production workers at the higher technology readiness. Conclusions -Therefore, this study suggests some implications for the government's SMEs support policy and the solve employment problems such as youth unemployment.
Purpose - This paper mainly studied the role of the logistics legal system in promoting international transport logistics, building marine economy international cooperation demonstration zone and deepening the economic and financial cooperation etc between China and Korea. Research design, data, and methodology - The study conducted a survey on China and Korea's 2012-2017 years data. After empirically analyzing the data, we believe that cultural industry in Korea and China will maintain its growth momentum. Results - This study explored the way to establish an integrated logistics system between China and Korea to match the e-commerce certification system, online payment system and logistic distribution, thereby gradually promoting economic development and logistics integration in Asia. Conclusions- China-Korea FTA can encourage private flow to take on enterprises. In terms of improving logistics efficiency, reducing logistics costs and establishing a unified logistics industry standardization system. This will accelerate logistics industry integration in Northeast Asia, build a unified logistics management center in Northeast Asia, and promote a new model of integrated logistics cooperation in Northeast Asia. Therefore, it has a practical and reference significance.
