Abstract

Purpose: This study verified the influence of teachers' job characteristics on empowerment and job performance, and the mediating effect of empowerment in the relationship between job characteristics factors and job performance. Research design, data, and methodology: As a factor influencing human resources that influence organizational success or failure, job characteristics induce an important psychological state in organizational members, which affects individual motivation and job satisfaction, thereby achieving the goal of securing stable management and job security. In this study, a questionnaire survey of private academy instructors was conducted and reliability and factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used. Results: The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of the job characteristics of academy instructors on empowerment and job performance, and to verify whether empowerment plays a mediating role in the relationship between job characteristics and job performance. Conclusions: As a result of verifying Hypothesis 1, the educational environment, expertise, and social support of academy instructors all had a significant positive (+) effect on job performance. As a result of the verification of Hypothesis 2, empowerment greatly mediated the relationship between the educational environment, expertise, and job performance. However, empowerment did not mediate the relationship between social support for academy instructors and job performance.

Abstract

Purpose: The therapeutic process has various benefits since it relives most of the stresses that people are undergoing in their various working places. Thus this study will determine this process's impact on workers in their different working places. Most of the workers that are being affected by stress and use this technique are the nurses. Research design, data and methodology: The present research conducted the PRISMA process which are important in research as it provides information that individual studies cannot. Guided by a specific research question, systematic reviews collate empirical evidence that fits particular criteria to provide a summary of available evidence. Results: The findings of all fifteen investigations were reviewed, but those with the strongest evidence were given more weight. Observers should be aware that the findings on aromatherapy approaches for nurses and patients are so uniform that advice might apply to both in a high acuity workplace. Conclusions: This research concludes that with the exception of a few rare exceptions, aromatherapy is a very efficient and safe treatment that does not build up in the body, but instead is expelled via the lungs, liver and kidneys. Non-invasive aromatherapy immediately affects the brain, and anyone may give the treatment at any time or place, regardless of the location.

Abstract

Purpose: Environmental contamination has lately been seen as a consequence of the rise in environmental challenges brought on by rapid industrial expansion. At this point, the current research asks an important question about what the factors are to motivate employees' green performance, increasing corporate sustainability. Research design, data and methodology:The current author selected total 19 items to obtain real data and achieve the purpose of this research. For measuring of the causality between the worker's innovative capability and green performance, the current author used the multiple regression statistical tool using U.S. 215 responses in four industry. Results: The statistical finding definitely indicated that there exists the causal linkage between two key factors (Innovation capability and green performance) as well as the strong direction between two constructs. As a result, the current author could accept all hypotheses, checking no existing the multicollinearity of the present constructs with 'TOL' and 'VIF' values. Conclusions: The present research concluded that literature and business management scholars and practitioners will benefit from this study's statistical results. Furthermore, rewarding staff creativity, encouraging quick answers to market movements, and incorporating technology into everyday operations are all ways that companies may cultivate an environmental stewardship culture.

Abstract

Purpose: To entice new customers, companies attach their products to sports. From a pastime enjoyed by many to a multi-billion-dollar enterprise, the sport has evolved due to the growth in sports marketing spending. The purpose of this study is to illustrate the notion of sports media marketing using the prior textual data. Research design, data and methodology: The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methodology was conducted to investigate previous literature to achieve the purpose of the study. This method includes searching for information sources, selection of articles, and results extraction relative to the objectives. Results: The findings from prior systematic review indicated that customers and the marketplace can be better understood with the help of well-executed marketing campaigns. Moreover, many different techniques are being utilized to describe sports marketing such as the use of media, advertisement, public relations, and direct sales. Conclusions: All in all, the present study concludes that the notion of associative competitiveness is one of the unique characteristics of the sports sector. As a result, sports leagues and federations must maintain a balance within the league and develop a shared marketing strategy to help promote their respective sports and competitions.

Abstract

Purpose: Leisure time is an intrinsic part of the work-life balance that enables people to rejuvenate their energy and provides a platform to maintain their health while sustaining their productivity levels. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of changes in leisure consumption culture on the modern economy through various research materials. Research design, data and methodology: To have completeness in published systematic reviews and meta-analyses, the use of the standard Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses checklist is essential and the present research selected this research design. Results: This research figured out that individuals who spend most of their leisure time watching TV have been shown to experience lesser satisfaction in their job designation and less happiness overall and also found that Leukocyte Telomere Length is influenced by the type of leisure an individual engages in. Conclusions: Overall, this research points out that the income effect may provide an inverse relationship between work time and labor in that high income from labor makes an individual less inclined to work to make the same money they made before the increased benefits. It is a narrative that may need further research in finding the principles that govern leisure in the labor force.
