Abstract

Purpose: Workers are expected to perform their tasks and explore differences through innovation. Despite managerial coaching growing attention, limited studies offer information on the effects of managerial coaching towards psychological safety and job commitment. There is a limited empirical study examining managerial coaching efficacy. However, practitioners and researchers have emphasized managerial coaching contribution on improvement of subordinates outcomes. This study intend to fill the research gap on literature regarding managerial coaching, job commitment and psychological safety. Research design, data and methodology: The present research has conducted the literature content analysis which is widely used by numerous prior studies that was already proved as a flexible and straightforward methodology. Results: Based on the textual approach in the past and current literature, the results indicated that the managerial coaching effects on workers job commitment and psychological safety which include workers performance and job satisfaction. As a result, the workers are ready to engage their jobs and improve their performance. Conclusions: The current research concluded that the managers must strive to facilitate employees to earn clarity on their responsibilities and goals and feel psychologically empowered. A leader intending to implement managerial coaching must understand their abilities and the consequences of their actions.

Abstract

Purpose: This research examines the relationship between green marketing strategy and CSR policy and identifies how companies can leverage this relationship to attract green customers. The conceptual model for this study shows the relevance of companies adopting both green marketing strategies and CSR policies to show how committed they are regarding environmental sustainability and fulfill their responsibilities towards various stakeholders. Research design, data and methodology: This research has conducted the literature content approach and the key measures used for this study were based on mostly peer-reviewed journal articles. Those studies already indicated the high degree of reliability and validity. Consequently, the current researcher removed conference papers into the analysis. Results: This research provides brief suggestions for companies to incorporate the findings of this study into their green marketing strategies and CSR policies. Companies that align their green marketing strategies with their CSR policies, and CSR policies with their customers' values, are more likely to attract environmentally conscious customers and increase their loyalty. Conclusions: This research concludes that there exists a positive relationship between green marketing strategy and CSR policy and the outcomes of this research add to the body of knowledge on how these two concepts can be integrated to achieve business and societal benefits.

Abstract

Purpose: After using the Internet, the world is changing through several paradigms, and the retail industry, which is essential to living in the world, is also changing rapidly. In this review paper, the requirements that the retail industry should consider and prepare in accordance with the rapidly changing paradigm were reviewed according to the current situation of the times. Research design, data, and methodology: It is a review of technological development using PRISMA flow diagram, retail change, and necessity in April 2022, and a review of the digital environment to be applied to the retail industry in the future. Results As the current situation and changes of retail, and the development of IT technology, reviews on the retail business applying the 4th Industrial Revolution, the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence were collected, and the direction of the retail industry was suggested. Conclusions: The direction for the retail industry in preparation for developing technologies was presented. In addition, this study is a review paper that suggests the need for research on active introduction of new technologies to the beauty market that is very close to human life and economically helpful as IT technology for the 4th industrial revolution develops rapidly.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate factors that affect overall attitudes on accommodations sharing platform businesses and effects of overall attitudes on sustainability of accommodation sharing platform and contribution to the tourism industry with the perspectives of millennials and generation Z. Research design, data and methodology: This study conducted an online survey. This study applied factor, ANOVA, and regression analysis to test hypotheses. Results: The results found that factors including economic, trust, environment, local market facilitation, and the quality of residents' life affect overall attitudes toward accommodation sharing, while social and experience aspects do now show significance on overall attitudes. Effects of overall attitudes on sustainability of the accommodation sharing platform and contribution to the tourism industry showed significance. Conclusions: The results provide managerial and policy implications. The results implied how millennials and generation Z perceive significant factors such as local market facilitation for economic benefits and environment aspects with usage of accommodation sharing support characteristics of millennials and generation Z. How to foster social aspects to interact with millennials and generation Z and experience aspects to enhance values of the accommodation sharing that shares experiences remained future issues for better development of sharing platform businesses.
