Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of the current research is to investigate the contribution of the sports and leisure sector to raising elderly citizens' quality of life. Through this investigation, the sport and leisure sector may give seniors a sense of safety and security by creating a safe atmosphere in which they can engage in activities and feel a part of their communities. Research design, data and methodology: Literature data were extracted from previous studies between the role of the sports leisure sector and living quality for senior citizens using a standardized data extraction form by two independent reviewers after articles have been included in the review. Each study's data extraction includes details on the study's design, exposure, outcome metrics, and findings. Results: Based on the qualitative textual approach, the present author had figured out total four Functions assumed as follows: (A) Physical Activity and Exercise, (B) Socialization and Interaction, (C) Opportunities for Learning and Development, and (4) Emotional Wellbeing. Conclusions: All in all, professionals should try to give elders chances for social interaction and peer participation in order to foster a feeling of community and belonging. This might entail setting up groups or leagues for elders to engage in meaningful social activities, like hiking or sports.

Abstract

Purpose: The integrated export organization for agricultural products is an export marketing organization established by joint participation of famers, farmer organizations, and exporters. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the intention of farmers to participate in integrated export organizations. Research design, data and methodology: The multiple regression analysis was used to identify factors affecting intention of pear and mushroom farms to participate in the integrated export organizations. Results: It is shown that the lower farm age, the higher the need for consolidation of export companies, and the lower the government support for the integrated export organizations, the higher the willingness to participate in integrated export organizations. However, export experience, export scale, awareness level of integrated export organizations, and check price level did not significantly affect the intention to participate in integrated export organizations. Conclusions: It is desirable to promote export organizations of agricultural products among relatively young farmers and to reform their consciousness through emphasizing education for them. In addition, integrated export organizations should avoid disorderly competition by consolidating export companies. Lastly, governmental policies should be pursued in a direction that enables farmers and export companies to strengthen their competitiveness on their own.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analysis the difference by Michelin rating in customer satisfaction of restaurant listed in the Korea Michelin Guide. There are opinions that the Michelin Guide's rating system and evaluation criteria are somewhat ambiguous. Research design, data, and methodology: This study collected 145 actual online reviews published on TripAdvisor to examine how the effect of the content attributes of reviews on consumer satisfaction varies according to the Michelin grade. Based on this, two studies were conducted. Study 1 examined the effect of strong and weak positive reviews on consumer satisfaction according to the rating. Study 2 examined the effect of image information on consumer satisfaction. Results: The results revealed that the lower the Michelin rating, the more positive review had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The higher the rating, the more image information had an effect on consumer satisfaction. Expectations for Michelin three-star restaurants are higher than those of two-star restaurants, so customers are more likely to be used negatively when writing reviews. Conclusions: Accurate information on Michelin selection criteria should be delivered so as not to form high expectations and not to disappoint. For consumers to be satisfied with the name Michelin, the standards should be stricter.

Abstract

Purpose: This study is to explore how to enhance an organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) for private companies, boosting their employees; performance. With OCB in place, businesses won't have to worry about employees engaging in harmful or counterproductive actions. Better coordination will benefit employees' skill sets and the company's overall performance. Research design, data and methodology: We used a data extraction form and present it as an appendix. These forms could demonstrate to the reader what the present authors looked for and how they found it. We also investigated to obtain text datasets whether any extractions were carried out in duplicate, and, if so, whether duplicate abstraction was carried out independently. Results: There are four solutions to boost employees' OCB for HR practitioners: 'Creating an Environment that Supports Constructive OCB', 'Encouraging Productive Behavior in the Workplace and Reward properly, 'Integrating Corporate Citizenship into Performance Evaluations', and 'Training to Use OCB and Educating on its Benefits'. Conclusions: Based on the research findings of the current study, this study strongly concludes that OCB should be encouraged, and employers and employees should collaborate on efforts to boost morale and increase productivity. As a direct result of their efforts, their firms enjoy improved earnings while experiencing reduced overhead costs.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims at determining institutional commitment impact and how it influences job satisfaction. It aims at bridging the gap in research on the study topic. Its major focus is on work content and institutional commitment as the main variables and how they impact companies and employees. Research design, data and methodology: The current research has chosen the literature content approach and it is a reporting guideline for methodical assessments. It offers a consistent approach for conducting and reporting these types of studies, which can help to improve the quality and transparency. Results: The finding of the current research has showed that workers in social companies need jobs with higher values and responsibilities, company policy, among other factors. Workers' organization commitment towards social enterprise for improving workers' job satisfaction factors will include affective commitment, continuous commitment, normative commitment, and the commitment profile of the organization. Conclusions: This research finally insists that the findings of the current research would aid in enhancing employee knowledge and understanding of work satisfaction, as well as the essence of institutional commitment. Most employees lack adequate knowledge of the implications of job satisfaction not forgetting their personal needs as indicated in the individual need model.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to explore the impact of fashion marketing on the sales of luxury brand items and to identify the strategies that can be used to market luxury fashion items successfully, addressing the research gap of how fashion marketing can lead to increased sales, customer loyalty, and satisfaction for luxury brand items. Research design, data and methodology: The present study conducted the method of the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) which is a reporting guideline for methodical assessments and meta-analyses. It offers a consistent approach for conducting and reporting these types of studies, which can help to improve their quality and transparency. Results: The findings indicated that fashion marketing can positively impact luxury brand sales. It can significantly increase the number of luxury brand purchases. the presence of the quality label increased the participants' purchase intention and attitude towards the brand, suggesting that the quality label can create a positive perception of the brand and increase the likelihood of purchasing. Conclusions: This research concludes that fashion marketing can have a positive effect on improved customer recognition of the brand. Thus, companies should focus on developing campaigns that capture the attention of potential consumers, creating an emotional connection with them.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research paper, therefore, is to explore the role of lifelong learning in improving HRM policies in a company. This research begins with a literature review of existing research on the topic, followed by a discussion of the findings and their implications for practitioners. Research design, data and methodology: The present author of this research collected textual dataset based on the numerous literature which has been investigated thoroughly in terms of the HRM policy and lifelong learning. For this reason, the author could obtain adequate prior studies, checking their validity and reliability. Results: The present research figured out that demonstrating that physical activity and exercise can enhance life expectancy, improve physical and mental health, and improve functional ability, and Examining the broad topic of socialization and interaction's function in raising elderly adults' living standards is necessary. Also, this research found that the social change and social isolation of older individuals in relation to the impact of digital technology. Conclusions: This research suggests that companies should also ensure that their HRM policies are designed in such a way that they allow employees to pursue further learning and development opportunities without having to sacrifice their current job responsibilities.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to investigate how the online review usefulness affect consumers' shopping behavior in non-face-to-face shopping, which is now very common format of shopping environment after COVID-19 pandemic. Factors influencing online reviews were determined as quantity of review, agreement of review and characteristic of review based on research by existing researchers. Research design, data, and methodology: Customers in their teens to 60s who had experience of checking online reviews and purchasing products were surveyed using a Google questionnaire form from January 15, 2022 to February 19, 2022. To verify the validity and reliability of the research model, confirmatory factor analysis and discriminant validity analysis were conducted. In addition, the causal relationship between factors was verified through path analysis. Results: As a result, quantity of review and agreement of review had a statistically significant effect on review usefulness. However, characteristic of review did not have a statistically significant influence on review usefulness. And review usefulness had a statistically significant effect on attitude and purchase intention. Conclusions: This study investigated the factors affecting usefulness of online reviews and empirically analyzed the effects of online reviews on consumer attitudes and purchase intentions providing practical and theoretical implications for corporate online review management.
