Purpose: This research aims to identify positive connections between digital fashion product value and consumer purchase behavior. The research tries to offer valuable insights and implications for fashion industry practitioners, enabling them to harness the power of the Metaverse to enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and stay ahead in this ever-evolving digital landscape. Research design, data and methodology: The research design for this study is a systematic literature review. A systematic and rigorous approach was adopted to ensure the reliability and validity of the research findings. By conducting this kind of approach to achieve the purpose of the study, this research aims to comprehensively analyze existing academic articles, peer-reviewed journals, and relevant publications related to the topic. Results: According to various academic search engines, the results revealed several dimensions of value associated with digital fashion products on the Metaverse platform, which significantly influence consumer perceptions. These dimensions of value extend beyond traditional tangible attributes and are uniquely shaped by the immersive and interactive nature of the virtual environment. Conclusions: All in all, the findings highlighted the significance of experiential value in driving purchase behavior. Creating immersive and interactive virtual shopping experiences emerged as a crucial strategy for fashion industry practitioners to engage potential consumers effectively.
Purpose: This study is to examine how modern art museums might develop into resilient, proactive, and adaptive enterprises. That implies that this study seeks to spur meaningful change by analyzing and comprehending the numerous facets of this issue, paving the path for a long-term future for contemporary art institutions worldwide. Research design, data and methodology: To achieve the purpose of this study, the current author has reviewed numerous relevant prior studies systemically. The technique used in this study was meticulously designed to guarantee accurate data collection and analysis, providing a thorough comprehension of the subject. An organized strategy was used, including finding, reviewing, and synthesizing earlier studies. Results: Based on the investigation of the current literature analysis, this study figured out four workable business models that might increase the prosperity of modern art museums. They result from a thorough examination of previous studies and these initiatives center on improving digital presence, enhancing community participation, diversifying revenue streams, and forming powerful alliances and partnerships. Conclusions: In sum, this study concludes that the use and integration of digital technology enable museums to reach a larger audience and open up opportunities for developing cutting-edge, interactive exhibitions that reflect modern patterns of participation and communication.
Using a procurement and construction stage emphasis on the capabilities of the Sub-Contractor (SC), the present research aims to discover the types of unfair activities between the Main Contractor (MC) and SC and their influence on project completion. This research also tries to figure out solutions which can reduce unfair activities between MC and SC. Research design, data and methodology: The qualitative textual analysis was selected for the current research and has been used by numerous previous researchers commonly to review relevant themes in the prior resources and suggested for researchers who conduct a reviewing procedure to analyze meta-analysis approach for figuring out better research findings from prior resources. Results: The result indicates the prevalence and consequences of bid shopping, emphasizing the need for transparency and fair bidding practices. Late payment issues were also found to be crucial for subcontractors' financial stability, urging the implementation of prompt payment legislation and agreements. Conclusions: In conclusion, the research revealed that subcontracting is common in construction projects, with general contractors relying on multiple subcontractors to carry out specific work items. The accomplishment of building projects hinges on the collaborative efforts between the main contractor (MC) and subcontractors (SCs), each focusing on different aspects of the project.
The main objective of this study is to examine the impact of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) on small and medium-sized enterprises' (SMEs) performance in the context of subcontracting buyer-supplier relation. Specifically, we seek to examine whether the power dynamics between buyer and supplier either support or hamper subcontracting SMEs' ability to effectively pursue EO for enhancing their performance. Research design, data, and methodology: We collected survey questionnaires from Korean SMEs that are certified with Inno-biz by the Korean Ministry of SMEs and Startups. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 26 and AMOS to create an integrated model. Result: Based on the analysis, our findings indicate that the proactiveness and innovativeness dimensions of EO have a positive effect on the SMEs' performance. However, the risk-taking dimension of EO has a negative effect on performance. Additionally, buyer dependency exhibit both positive and negative moderating effects on different dimensions of EO. Conclusion: For SMEs that rely heavily on a particular buyer in terms of sale, pursuing innovativeness dimension of EO could lead to positive performance, while pursuing proactiveness dimension of EO had a negative moderating effect on performance.
