Abstract
Purpose: This research adopts the SERVQUAL and LSQ frameworks to examine the correlation between return reverse logistics service quality of the JD platform and customer satisfaction, as well as the linkage between consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Research design, data and methodology: A comprehensive literature review on both domestic and international logistics service quality has been conducted. Considering the unique aspects of JD's return reverse logistics services, an evaluation framework with 5 dimensions and 21 indicators is formulated, including communication, information, return process, empathy, and convenience. A conceptual model exploring the influence of JD's reverse logistics service quality on customer repurchase intention is developed, proposing six hypotheses. For this investigation, 358 valid questionnaires were collected, processed, and analyzed using SPSS 22.0. The structural equation modeling was conducted and validated through AMOS 21.0 software. Results: Following a thorough analysis of data，it reveals that: (1) Information quality, return process quality, and empathy significantly enhance customer satisfaction. (2) Customer satisfaction positively impacts repurchase intention. Conclusion：Based on these findings, three strategic recommendations are offered for e-commerce platforms with in-house logistics systems. The research also discusses limitations and future research directions.
Abstract
Purpose: The current research has investigated the question of how wellness tourism can be optimized to serve the diverse needs of its participants better while ensuring sustainable and inclusive growth. It will help design and implement better health and tourism policies to improve health and tourism policies to improve societies and economies. Research design, data and methodology: This research adopts a systematic literature review approach in collecting and synthesizing previous research works contained in the study to develop the result discussed in the next section. This review adheres to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) checklist. Results: The findings of this research have indicated total of four brief suggestions to answer the research question, such as (1) Integration of Health and Wellness Programs in Mainstream Tourism, (2) Economic Revitalization of Rural and Underdeveloped Areas, (3) Enhancement of Public Health through Preventive Wellness, (4) Promotion of Sustainable Tourism Practices. Conclusions: Finally, this research concludes that incorporating health and wellness programs into mainstream tourism is a strategic focal area in hospitality practice. By raising the stakes in, for example, physical activities, beauty treatments, healthy meals, and mental health sessions, old-fashioned hotels or resorts can broaden their client base.
Abstract
Purpose: The objective of this research was to investigate how blockchain ventures can optimize their wealth through Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs). Drawing upon signal theory, this study examined the impact of technological capabilities on the performance of ICOs in blockchain ventures. Given the highly technical nature of companies involved in ICOs, the technical proficiency of venture companies can have a significant influence on the success of ICOs. Specifically, three potential indicators of technological capability - patents, white papers, and source code - were analyzed. Research design, data and methodology: To accomplish this, a database was constructed by coding the relevant variables from various sources for 514 companies that launched ICOs. This study conducted hierarchical regression analysis for the hypotheses test. Results: The results indicated that a blockchain venture with a patent had a positive effect on the performance of the ICO. Additionally, publishing source code had a positive impact on ICO performance. Conclusions: This study identifies crucial factors for ICO success, emphasizing the importance of technological capabilities. Companies should enhance these to boost investor confidence, transparency, and outcomes. This research offers valuable insights for businesses and policymakers in the evolving cryptocurrency market, aiming to maximize ICO performance and success.
Abstract
Purpose: The primary objective of this study is to explore the relationship between clinical consultation and job satisfaction among healthcare workers. Specific objectives include: (1) Identifying the key components of clinical consultation that influence job satisfaction. (2) Analyzing the relationship between clinical consultation and job satisfaction among healthcare workers. (3) Providing insights and recommendations for improving job satisfaction through enhanced clinical consultation practices. Research design, data and methodology: This research uses a systematic literature review research methodology to analyze the correlation between clinical consultation and job satisfaction among healthcare workers. Systematic literature reviews are a reliable and reproducible approach of searching for, selecting, appraising and synthesizing the relevant literature on the topic under consideration. Results: The findings of the present research presents the positive relationships between clinical consultation and job satisfaction, emphasizing four main consultation factors to maximize clinical effects. The four key consultation factors as follows: (1) Emotional Support, (2) Professional Development, (3) Feedback, (4) Peer Interaction. Conclusions: All in all, the results of the present research will be useful for healthcare managers and policy makers in terms of promoting mechanisms for increasing job satisfaction which will positively impact organizational staffs’ and organizational clients’ well-being.
