Abstract

Prior to the introduction of the CRM, we need to analyze the characteristics and the situations of the company, and should establish a clear vision of the CRM. And each company should identify elements and technologies for introducing the most suitable CRM for them, and optimize them, with long-term perspective. In addition, it requires the implementation strategy which integrates the existing company’s routine marketing activities with the concept of the CRM. According to the implementation strategy, the company should improve the business process which is the most effective in investment step by step, and the information system strategy, which develops system investment gradually, should harmonize with it. First, we recognized that raising the company value is important by maximizing customer lifetime value (LTV) by understanding customer needs, and achieving the company’s goal through customer satisfaction. Second, we understood that adopting the CRM should be accompanied by changes in the structure, business process and customer contact channels, and it can be successfully integrated with business when it gets proper understandings and attentions of the management. Third, the reality is that there are few cases of successful implementation of domestic companies, and some companies that successfully implement the system mean nothing but implement the solution for developing the CRM. Therefore, it needs to be observed for the long haul, and it seems that we need to approach more systematically to implementation cases for each industry about implementation of the CRM. Fourth, the CRM is no longer the preserve of major companies, and it is the time that medium and small sized enterprises also need it. Taking lesson from Switzerland's small size store merchants who successfully adopt right size of the CRM for their business, for domestic medium and small sized enterprises, the necessity to develop business through developing the CRM models which fit their situations and maintaining relationships with customers has been grown. Fifth, for adopting the CRM business processes, changing or converting the CRM system to the model which fits the company’s situation is important rather than applying the advanced company’s CRM system model. In other words, the CRM solution which can maximize their own strength by developing the CRM program that makes the most of features and characteristics of the company should be adopted.

Abstract

This study outlines the current state of logistics in the country will be examined. In particular, the country's main development strategy, logistics 3PL as a development strategy is to look about. For the development of 3rd party logistics companies, shippers, and government efforts are needed. Looking at aspects of corporate strategy, First, the logistics company provides a benefit to the shippers should be able to. Second, the logistics company providing logistics services to create added value should be. Third, the integration of customized logistics services and logistics systems must be able to provide. Finally, a positive investment in human resources is needed. Fifth, the logistics must be enabled strategic alliances between companies. Sixth, the introduction and application of advanced Logistics should be actively. Corporate strategy perspective, shippers and 3rd party logistics companies that need to cooperate closely. Finally, The government should strive for the growth of 3rd party logistics companies.

Abstract

consumption layer of Mag-Geol-Li is definitely younger. Nowadays, Mag-Geol-Li is the main traditional alcohol and without consideration of ages and genders whoever can enjoy Mag-Geol-Li. Producers should ensure fair price of goods and improve production facilities to maximize products to meet the needs of consumers who will buy. In the studies I discuss about the ways to improve the distribution of Mag-Geol-Li, the theories about Mag-Geol-Li, Social backgrounds and effects of Mag-Geol-Li why it is becoming popular and improvement of the distribution structure of Mag-Geol-Li and impact of big Mag-Geol-Li company in Mag-Geol-Li industry. Lately, people can enjoy Mag-Geol-Li without burden because of low alcohol. It is gaining a good response by consumers because Mag-Geol-Li contains lactobacillus, yeasts and dietary fiber, also it is well balanced with nutritional aspects. There are not only huge factory to produce Mag-Geol-Li but also most are still cottage industry. Therefore, quality management does not work well because the majority of Mag-Geol-Li is small businesses. In spite of there are a lot of ways to improve the distribution structure and problems of Mag-Geol-Li, but none provide any improvement that make consumer awareness about the main cause of the problem is inaccurate. The ultimate goal of improving the distribution structure of Mag-Geol-Li is activating the market, the improvement of production facilities and safe for consumers with affordable price and good quality product. As mentioned above, to improve and change the logistics systems and hygiene, government support is required and Mag-Geol-Li companies should be recognized the distribution system as a major problem.

Abstract

It remains that South and North Korea are the most conflict ridden region of the world and at high risk of military collision despite the appropriateness and necessity of unification between South and North Korea. Meanwhile, our government has pushed ahead with exchange between the two countries in many different fields to defuse this conflict and tension. But, these efforts have made it less meaningful as South-North relations are strained again. This can be because temporary recovery of political relation didn't proceed to system improvement and economic cooperation. This study on exchange cooperation of circulation ․ distribution between South and North Korea begins with expectation that this study will be based on realizing free circulation ․ distribution for the unification and making an economic bloc through exchange cooperation of circulation ․ distribution. To expand economy exchange and cooperation between the two nations, the field of circulation ․ distribution should be developed. On the basis of this discussion, this study suggests that cooperation relation and the mood of reconciliation created by political declaration are institutionalized in the national consensus and exchange should be expanded in the economic field as well as political field.
