Purpose – Beauty service employees who perform emotional labor are becoming an important factor in their duties to be performed at customer contact with the emotional expression norms set and required by organizations and companies. There are health problems for beauty workers due to working environments such as physical, chemical, and social factors. Accordingly, this study presents practical ways to protect the health of beauty workers. Research design, data, and methodology – This review study was conducted by searching PubMed, Google Scholar, Riss, Scopus, and Research Gate. Beauty Health Care, Occupational Diseases, Beauty Industry, Beauty Employees, Work-Life Vallance (WLV). I referred to the keywords such as that. A total of 471 papers were searched, of which 46 were finally included in this study on the PRISMA flowchart. Result: The beauty service industry can be classified as a job with high job stress among the beauty industries, and establishing appropriate measures to effectively help beauty industry workers proves to be an important strategy for maintaining physically and mentally healthy lives. Conclusion – Active research is needed to create a healthy environment with sustainable well-being by identifying physical and mental outbreaks according to the degree of awareness through various causes of occupational diseases such as gender and environment of beauty industry workers.
Purpose – The goal of this study is to grasp the current status of the latest overseas direct purchase trends and diversified consumption tendencies, and it can be used as basic quantitative data for selecting the overseas direct purchase market and establishing policies in the e-commerce industry. This study examines the relevance between purchasing equipment and four demographics. Traits of the underlying purchasing equipment are cell phones, tablet PCs and PCs & notebooks. Research design, data, and methodology –This survey was performed in 2021 on a total of 4,537 combined panel households covering 3,510 households and 191,027 additionally set in 2019 and approximately 10,800 household members. In particular, correspondence analysis is utilized to mine the relevance among the underlying variables. Result – It is proved that the underlying demographics except age are relevant to the purchasing equipment of online overseas shopping. Especially, cell phones are closely relevant '2 million-3 million won', jointly relevant to ‘service and office work' and marginally to all other academic levels except graduate school or higher. Conclusion – Under intense competition, overseas direct purchase shopping malls should strive to provide not only price competitiveness but better service and customer value in order to continue to grow.
Purpose – The present study bridges a significant gap in the literature by investigating the complex relationship between job crafting and protean career attitudes. It has been demonstrated that job crafting, which entails the proactive redesign of work roles, responsibilities, and relationships, empowers employees, and elevates. Research design, data, and methodology – This study employed a tailored search approach with specific terms linked to job crafting and protean career attitudes to ensure a thorough and focused analysis. The keywords include "Job crafting," "protean career attitudes," "career development," and related terms. This strategy uses an organized method to identify, screen, and choose appropriate studies. Result: This study synthesizes prior studies and identifies four critical links between the development of jobs and protean career attitudes. To begin with, task crafting, which entails job requirements and scope modifications, leads to protean career attitudes as employees match their roles to their skills and passions. Second, rational crafting, which is adjusting interactions with coworkers and superiors encourages flexible career attitudes. Conclusion – This study insists that organizations must consider the essential practical ramifications. Employers may improve employee growth, engagement, and talent retention by encouraging job customization, recognizing protean workers, cultivating a protean culture, investing in ongoing learning.
Purpose – This research contributes to the existing literature by shedding light on a unique intersection of creativity and leadership, carving out a niche that calls for further exploration. Thus, this study addresses the questions regarding how creative leadership manifests within the context of art education and what the distinct types of business leadership from applying creative leadership principles are in art education? Research design, data, and methodology – This research is made up of two stages to collect textual data from the literature. The first stage involves screening titles and abstracts to weed out studies that overtly lack alignment with the research's focus. The second stage involves a full-text review of the remaining studies to ascertain their suitability based on the research objectives. Result: There are four types of business leadership on Creative Leadership in Art Education, such as Visionary Artistic Leadership, Collaborative Expressionist Leadership, Adaptive Impressionist Leadership, Experimental Abstract Leadership, Experimental Abstract Leadership. Conclusion – The research could conclude that ‘Visionary Artistic Leadership’ offers practitioners a compelling strategy for igniting innovation within their teams and organizations. HR practitioners can foster a culture of daring creativity by encouraging leaders to embrace visionary thinking. To implement this style, HR professionals can nurture individuals strongly inclined towards innovative ideation.
Purpose – This study investigates which product characteristics influence customers’ purchase intention for brand extension products of the fashion brands. Furthermore, this study suggests brand awareness as a moderator which strengthens the positive effects of the product characteristics on the consumers’ purchase intention towards brand extension products of the fashion brands. Research design, data, and methodology – Two hundred and twenty-three Chinese consumers were randomly solicited to participate in this study. Email, website (www.wenjuanxing.com), social media (WeChat) were utilized to conduct the survey and collect data. Result – The findings obtained through hierarchical regression analysis indicate that product uniqueness, product scarcity and product popularity have significant effects on purchase intention for brand extension products of the fashion brands. In addition, brand awareness moderates the relationship between product characteristics (uniqueness and scarcity) and purchase intention positively. Conclusion –The results indicate that brand extension products of the fashion brands could attract more consumers by focusing on designing unique products and using limited release and celebrity publicity strategy. Additionally, the present research posits the crucial significance of brand awareness, thereby making a noteworthy contribution to the integrated marketing approach for fashion brand marketers.
