Abstract

Purpose – This exploratory study analyzes the performance of the business from the HRM point of view. Analyzed the influence of HRM and organization effectiveness on business performance. Also moderating effect of the strategy is analyzed. Research design, data, and methodology – Two outcome variables are measured, non-financial performance and financial performance. Two organizational effectiveness variables are measured, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. And two HRM areas are measured, HRM practice and organizational culture. Finally, two strategies are measured as moderators, market strategy and product/service strategy. This study analyzed employees of 554 from the 7th HCCP. This study used SEM and MCFA. Result – The results of turnover intention, growth rate, and profit rate verified the influence of HRM and organizational effectiveness. Overall results showed a contrary effect of education & training system implement and participation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Among organizational culture, innovation and relation positively affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment. However, antecedents influencing turnover intention, growth rate, and profit rate bear no resemblance. And the MCFA result shows that strategy's group differentiation analysis is meaningful in turnover intention not in financial performance. Conclusion – Based on this study result, management suggestions for turnover intention, growth rate, profit rate, and organizational effectiveness are made. Especially, due to the company's strategy.

Abstract

Purpose – The research aims to explore the ability of the combination of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) to predict and explain the online shopping intention of Vietnamese consumers. The findings of this study provide empirical results to assess the factors influencing behavioural intention in the E-commerce field. Research design, data, and methodology – The research approach of this study is quantitative. The data was collected from 214 respondents on e-commerce platforms. The collected data will then be analyzed to test the proposed hypothesis in this study. Multiple Regression Analysis and Simple Linear Regression are employed to test the hypothesis. Result – Perceived benefits, Perceived risk reduction, and trust positively influence Attitude toward using E-commerce. There is a positive relationship between Subjective norms and Behavioural intention to shop online. There is a positive relationship between Attitude toward using E-commerce and Behavioural intention to shop online. Conclusion – This study is based on the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) model and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to explore the factors influencing the online shopping intention of Vietnamese consumers. Besides, this paper contributes to the managerial implications for E-commerce managers and policymakers to promote E-commerce among Vietnamese consumers.

Abstract

Purpose – The main research goals by macroeconomic analysis is to assess the effectiveness of state regulation, the sustainability of development, and the financial stability of the state. Research design, Data, and methodology – The research were analyzed using the methods of multivariate statistics and application of the software package Stat graphics. The volume of data from the 1995 to the 2021 was analyzed by Russian Federation. The scale of research on Belarus: to be analyzed the amount of data from the 2015 by 2021, on Kazakhstan – from the 19941, on Kyrgyzstan - from the 2002, on Tajikistan – from the 2008, on Armenia – from the 2021, on Japan – since the 1970, on China – since the 1950, on South Korea - since the 1953. Result – The methods of multivariate statistics was demonstrated exact of result in forecasting of macroeconomic indicators. The most of tendency with the accurate results of are described using the second-degree polynomials. In the most research of country there are the macroeconomic proportion are broken. Conclusion – In the countries studied, the monetary aggregates have a significant growth rate. The shares with a substantial monetary stock and the speed of its growth are divided in the two groups: having placements in the real sectors of the economy and not having received the same result of development from the growth of the monetary stock.

Abstract

Purpose – Government-funded research institutes are important national institutions socially and nationally but academic studies on Korean government-funded research institutes are scarce, especially in areas of human resources and organization. This study investigated the effects of job characteristics on organizational commitment, resilience, and organizational citizenship behavior for organizational members of government-funded research institutes in the field of science and technology. Research design, data, and methodology – Literature review on the effects of job characteristics on organizational commitment, resilience and organizational citizenship behavior for organizational members of government-funded research institutes in the field of science and technology. Based on the review, exploratory propositions were proposed to conduct future empirical study. Result – In this study, based on the results of previous studies, it was presumed that job characteristics would affect organizational commitment, and organizational commitment would affect resilience and organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, proposition on the mediating role of resilience on both organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior was formulated. Conclusion – It was propositioned that job characteristics would affect organizational commitment, and organizational commitment would affect resilience and organizational citizenship behavior. Resilience, along with the direct effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, would play a role in mediating organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Purpose – This study is a study to investigate the problem of the selection of means of transportation in international logistics by studying the basics of logistics activities, selection factors of transportation methods, and multimodal transportation. Research design, data, methodology – This study is composed of 5 chapters through literature study. Chapter 1 describes the functions and transportation system of international logistics, Chapter 2 selects transportation, Chapter 3 deals with maritime transportation and multimodal transportation, Chapter 4 describes multimodal transportation in terms of customer service, Chapter 5 addresses the implications and conclusions. Results – When looking at the problem of selecting a means of transportation, it is important that the parties involved in the transportation choose which means of transportation for their convenience and profit during the transportation process. Here, there will be factors to consider, including transportation cost, when selecting a means of transportation, and each means of transportation may have characteristics or advantages and disadvantages. Considering all these points, the adoption of multimodal transportation from a customer service point of view may be the answer. Conclusions – This study pays attention to the academic understanding related to the selection of means of transportation and to how usefully this thesis can be used in the selection of transportation related persons, especially shippers, from a practical level.

Abstract

Purpose – It is chaotic when doing a business without legal patterns and rules; individuals who make legal decisions without legal consideration are often protecting their interests and forgetting others. This study aims to suggest key solutions how companies can make better decision based on legal considerations through investigation comprehensive literature analysis. Research design, Data, and methodology – This research conducted qualitative textual method and a technique called ‘Qualitative Comparative Analysis’ (QCA) can be used to understand better why certain things change while others do not. In tough situations, QCA is a strategy for comparing several occurrences. Result – Total six considerations were founded by the QCA for better corporate decision. Based on these considerations, all stakeholders, shareholders, and every employee should nominate and vote on one person to be their leader in the organization; fair practices in choosing the governor of the organization through legal binding will bring peace and order to the company. Conclusion – It was time consuming to go through every detailed material that entails legal consideration in making corporate decision. The concept of same profile in the research is critical whereby many authors are using same concept to write their articles and books. Using pure concept from one source limits the research and gives inadequate information.

Abstract

Purpose – This study explores the role played by the government in spreading corporate green IT. Indeed, a lot of evidence is emerging that governments acting independently are not in a position of attaining the far end economic and social changes need for the realization of green IT. As much as matters about green IT was initiated by many governments. Research design, Data, and methodology – This study selected the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) as a research design. The PRISMA is recognized for its standard evidence reporting system and can provide adequate systematic review among previous studies. Result – A lot of consensus leads to the acquisition of the value of corporate green IT concerning the effectiveness of the collaboration. This study could obtain six suggestions from the systematic review, such as ‘Rebalancing Government and Public Duties’, ‘Direct Regulation’, ‘Marketing Tools and Fiscal or Economic Measures’, ‘VNRP’, ‘Education for Decision Making’, ‘Latest Policy Trends within the G8 Nations’. Conclusion – The most challenging aspect when it comes to ensuring corporate green IT is the separation of economic growth from the perspectives regarding life qualities. According to the study (Falcone, 2020), this needs a second policy-oriented wedge concerning re-socialization with the desire of encouraging the development of the culture associated with the corporate green IT.

Abstract

Purpose – Organizational individuals can gain profit from any trials and errors concerning the knowledge others have been able to accumulate. The culture also states the organizational behaviors by identifying the principal aims, and the way members handle personal relationships. This study aims that how corporate cultures can be connected with particular occupations. Research design, Data, and methodology – For the systematic review in prior literature dataset, the present author used the PRISMA which is a set of items that are evidence-based and utilized in reporting systematic reviews. It includes the reporting of meta-analyses. Result – The present author figured out that corporate culture is one of the most crucial factors that workers consider in deciding whether or not they want to be employed in an organization. Having an excellent corporate culture sets the company apart from the competition and increases the company's status to new positions of recruiting and business success Conclusion – The current research concluded that possessing an excellent corporate culture positions the company apart from the competition but boosts the company to new recruiting and business success levels. The two traits of an excellent corporate culture include the culture allowing every individual in the organization to succeed, and the culture works for every individual involved.

Abstract

Purpose – An increase in automation has been as a result of digital technologies. The data will be instrumental in the determination of the services that are more necessary so that more resources can be allocated for them. The purpose of the current research is to investigate how big data utilization will help increase the profitability in the industry 4.0 era. Research design, Data, and methodology – The present research has conducted the comprehensive literature content analysis. Quantitative approaches allow respondents to decide, but qualitative methods allow them to offer more information. In the next step, respondents are given data collection equipment, and information is collected. Result – The According to qualitative literature analysis, there are five ways in which big data utilization will help increase the profitability in the industry 4.0 era. The five solutions are (1) Better Customer Insight, (2) Increased Market Intelligence, (3) Smarter Recommendations and Audience Targeting, (4) Data-driven innovation, (5) Improved Business Operations. Conclusion – Modern companies have been seeking a competitive advantage so that they can have the edge over other companies in the same industries providing the same services and products. Big data is that technology that businesses have always wanted for an extended period of time to revolutionize their operations, making their businesses more profitable.

Abstract

Purpose – The quality of the hotel depends on the Oriental arts established. Customers tend to believe that high prices reflect the offered services. This research expounds on the effects of Oriental interior designs in the hospitality industry in enhancing hotel profitability, opportunities for development, and the growth of urban hotels. Research design, Data, and methodology – This study conducted the comprehensive literature analysis to obtain suitable contents about the effect of Oriental Art for Urban Hotel Business Plan. the literature analysis method systematically assesses the value of qualitative data. Resources are organized into groups using a coding frame. Result – The adoption of the Oriental arts in the interior designs in the hotel industry will lead to customer attraction, improved competitive advantage, customer loyalty, and the preservation of the societal values of culture. Therefore, the marketing practitioners should adopt oriental arts as an integral aspect of interior designs to enhance customer satisfaction Conclusion – Marketing practitioners also use the oriental arts to enhance customers' willingness to pay. This is because oriental arts serve as the cues that enable the consumers to feel that the hotel's products are of quality. When oriental arts are used in interior hotel designs, the customer's willingness to pay increases. Thus the firm's relationships with customers are boosted.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this research is to test the impact of transformational leadership on subordinates’ performance (job performance and creativity) in Chinese companies. In addition, it intends to verify the mediating effect of subordinates’ organizational identification on the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. Research design, data, and methodology – To this end, a survey was conducted on the members of Chinese companies. Out of 400 returned responses to the final questionnaire, 349 were used for analysis after excluding invalid responses. Data were analyzed using SPSS 24 and AMOS 24. Result – The analysis results are as follows. First, transformational leadership has a direct effect on subordinates’ job performance and creativity. Second, transformational leadership was found to increase subordinates' organizational identification. Third, the mediating effect of organizational identification was verified in the relationship between transformational leadership and performance (job performance and creativity). Conclusion –This study analyzed the effect of the transformational leadership on subordinate’s job performance and creativity amid the deepening of China's market economy policies after economic opening. The study expands the related studies.
