Purpose – In this study, we aimed to theorize blockchain-based social media platform users’ commitment by examining the impact of their perceived justice of the token reward system. In addition, this study applied psychological ownership theory to verify the underlying mechanism between users’ perceptions of justice and their commitment to the platforms. Research design, data, and methodology – To empirically test our conceptual framework in the study, we collected data through a web-based survey approach from the responses of 385 users who had experience with blockchain-based social media platforms. We employed a structural equation modeling approach to empirically test our proposed hypotheses. Result – The results indicated that distributive justice and informational justice have positive effects on user commitment. The results also showed that psychological ownership plays an important role in mediating the relationship between users’ sense of distributive justice and commitment, and between procedural justice and commitment. The findings provided a better understanding of the sense of justice and user commitment in a blockchain-based social media environment. Conclusion – This study represents a preliminary attempt to theorize and empirically examine blockchain-based social media platform users’ commitment. This study provided important contributions to the literature on how the effect of users’ sense of justice in a reward system affects their commitment to blockchain-based social media platforms.
Purpose – The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence Korean adults to acquire accounting knowledge. This study, which analyzes the characteristics of accounting knowledge of the general public, is expected to be used as basic data for the development of accounting curricula and education programs necessary for liberal arts courses and individual investor education in the future. Research design, data, and methodology –In this study, correct answer rates in the Economics and Business Literacy Test were analyzed across two rounds of tests. This study have the accounting scores of the applicants as a dependent variable and it aims to estimate key factors that affect accounting scores. Result – The results of regression analysis for individual variables that both the scores from the business administration and the economics, which were estimated to affect accounting performance, were found to have a positive effect. The results of the analysis of the relationship between major and accounting scores showed that the scores of all other majors were lower than those who majored in business. Conclusion – The results of this study suggest several implications in lecturing accounting as a basic or principle. Acquiring basic knowledge in economics and business administration was found to play an important role in understanding accounting ideas, indicating that such activities would be helpful when lecturing on accounting.
Purpose – The prior literature indicated that green consumerism encouragements and programs have led to strict standards against environmental issues, thus reducing emissions from motors and engines and improving clean-burning energy options. The present study seeks to elaborate on the responsibility of ecological education in amplifying potential green consumers. Research design, Data, and methodology –The justification of the qualitative literature method used in this research is essential because, through the extensive explanation, justification and description of the methods used, researchers can enhance the trustworthiness of the research to a particular or designated audience. Result – Environmental education helps customers worldwide recognize the barriers to purchasing green products at every purchase level. Prior studies pointed out that after environmental education, consumers are much more willing to go greener in their consumption and safeguard the environment. Customers want to act green; however, they anticipate companies to lead the way. Conclusion – This research suggests that reusing prevailing resources creatively implies that fewer dollars are spent buying novel stock to generate green products. Although establishing a green company is expensive, it saves a lot of cash over time. Greening procedures can lead to efficiency gains by minimizing energy costs, permitting companies to acquire green tax credits.
Purpose – The prior literature has shown that there is a lack of a complete assessment of the key decisions in cold chain logistics. Such a study is required to offer recommendations for research in this expanding but under-researched topic with potentially significant management ramifications. Research design, Data, and methodology – The current researcher accumulated peer-reviewed sources from databases to augment each chosen study's validity. Selection varied between seminal works and much of the existing literature. The selection process was consistent with using a content checklist that established the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Result – The research findings indicate total five solutions regarding better decision in Cold Chain Logistics (CCL), such as (1) Pricing Decision in Cold Chain Logistics, (2) Decision on Temperature Control Decision in Cold Chain Logistics, (3) Supply Chain Network Design in Cold Chain Logistics, (4) Decision on Minimizing Inventory in Cold Chain Logistics, (5) Decision on Logistics Distribution. Conclusion – Stability of a cold chain should be maintained from manufacture or via logistical components and cold logistics products are susceptible to several variables, such as temperature, and degradation can easily harm food supply, product prices, and human health. Product safety infractions substantially impact human health, among other losses linked with a functioning CCL.
Purpose – This study aims to find clues necessary for the direction of leadership development suitable for the current situation by exploring the direction in which leadership has been studied from the perspective of domestic researchers, along with the arrangement of leadership theories studied in various ways. Research design, data, and methodology – A total of 7,425 papers were obtained due to the search, and 5,810 papers with English abstracts were used for analysis. For analysis, word frequency analysis, word clouding, and co-occurrence were confirmed using Python 3.7. In addition, after classifying topics related to research trends through BERTopic and LDA, trends were identified through dynamic topic modeling and OLS regression analysis. Result – As a result of the BERTopic, 14 topics such as ‘Leadership management and performance’ and ‘Sports leadership’ were derived. As a result of conducting LDA on 1,976 outliers, five topics were derived. As a result of trend analysis on topics by year, it was confirmed that five topics, such as 'military police leadership' received relative attention. Conclusion – Through the results of this study, a study on the reinterpretation of past leadership studies, a study on LMX with an expanded perspective, and a study on integrated leadership sub-factors of modern leadership theory were proposed.
