Abstract
The Purpose of research is to show that family as well as job acheivement is important to healthy development in male young abult Based on adult attachment approach, That job achievement originate from attachment with spouse is theoretically reviewed and the hypothesis is established. at results, The secure attachment with spouse is not significant effect on job attachment but is positive effect on job quility. The anxiouse-avoident with spouse is not significant effect on job attachment and job quility. anxiouse-ambivalent with spouse is negative effect on both job attachment and job quility. The results is discussed on the importance of couple relationship, family for healthy development in male young adult.
