Abstract

Pharmaceutists are interested in drugstores which are selling, the sundries, cosmetics, medical devices, with drugs. Because drug stores without prescription issued by doctor have faced on finacial difficulties since speciality between doctors and pharmaceutists set us law. There are two types of drugstore which is a type of common drugstore, other is a type of traditional drugstore based on pharmaceuties in steady of big size of store based on studies, cosmetics and so on. Expansion of business for drugstore show us that most of customer are who are very sensitive in circumstance. Since 2,000 it has been expanded to large scale, so market analysts expect that volume of market will be increased to 10 times within 5 years. Drugstores have several kinds of merchandises which customers can take a choice for their demands, so most of customers the young generations. However, market customers will be changed to medium, and old generations as drugstores set freely. Furthermore everybody will enjoy in at drugstores effectively this reports that include of counter based on proposals and validities. This study show examples that have been executed successfully by the advanced countries, moreover big companies in domestic market have been expanding their market share for drugstore business. Through out change of circumstance surrounding drugstores, this report indicate how to induce the large drugstore with validities and trends. Since speciality of pharmaceutists and doctors executed, direction and a forecast of developing drugstores under change of distribution of them and may be suggested. I hope that this research will be helpful of interesting in drugstores, and also lot of distributors focuses on drugstores to develop the drugstores in future.

Abstract

The latest flow in Korea's distribution market is characterized by the deterioration of small/medium distribution market due to the rapid growth of multinational discount stores. As various multinational discount stores have merged with Korean discount stores (Homever acquired Carrefour and E-Mart acquired Wal-Mart), these discount stores have enlarged in size and dominated the market. On the contrary, small/medium distributors with relatively weak infrastructures are losing competitiveness in the market. Traditional marketplaces in local areas, in particular, are facing a serious crisis as they are neglected in the depressed local markets and have been beaten by the increasing discount stores and the diversifying distributors. The purpose of this study was to propose alternative plans to revitalize traditional marketplaces that are endangered by the unbalanced development of the distribution industry. This study analyzed the distribution performances and problems of Daejeon Metropolitan City and used the analysis to point out the problems specific to traditional marketplaces and propose a way to revitalize them. I hope that this study can help discount stores and small/medium distributors find balance in the market, and give traditional marketplaces the competitiveness to pursue sustainable growth.

Abstract

Joining the WTO in 2001, China became a number of the global economic system. China succeeded in vying to host Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and World Expo 2010 Shanghai. It is China's honor and opportunity to have high economic growth in the coming future. In 2007, the total cost of public logistics decreased by 18.2% than 2006 to 4540.6 billion RMB, accounting for 18.4% of the GDP. So, China logistics is a huge industry and a growing market full of charm. The statistic ratios of China's logistics and growth trends show us it is an important issue to build and run an effective logistics system. However, research on China's logistics systems and supply chain is lacked. This study is focus on the logistic location strategy in China including the study of factories and warehouses geographic strategy concerned with SCM. The core of this study is to propose a New Multi-Facilities Location Decision Model. This study banded the revised gravity center, the standard single facility location decision model(Gravity Center Model) and the transportation model into a new Multi-Facilities Location Decision Model. In addition, this study suggested the gravity center of population, the gravity center of each industry, the location decision graded-list of each industry of china using the gravity center model and the revised gravity center model. The new Multi-Facilities Location Decision Model proposed in this study can be used to solve the location decision problem of more than two facilities. And it can be used in the fields such as the location decision of production facility and service facility, the location of distribution and logistics, the location of broadcast and satellite communications, the location of wireless communication tower and so on.

Abstract

The source of a business competition is man and the core of a business success depends on people's ability, efforts and cooperation. Therefore, modern managers are making varied efforts to perform the ethical management for the organization immersion and job satisfaction of the employees. The managers of the financial agencies including the enterprises competing in the global market, face numerous ethical issues and problems. Considering the reality that financial institutions are actively asked to perform the responsibility and duties sincerely, the tasks how the head of financial agency will accept the social study of the level of ethics and change the level of recognition, and how he will settle it as the natural feature in the institution, become an important management target. In addition, it is necessary to figure out how the ethical management of the head of the financial agency will affect the organizational immersion of the employees. Based on the objective of this study, we attempted to confirm how the ethical management will of the head of the financial institution would affect the organizational immersion, the employees' mental result variables. Through this study, it became necessary for the directors of the financial institutions to search for the methods to improve the system of management and enhance the observance will of the business ethics so that they may not cause the disposition of the violation of the business ethics owing to the enforcement to achieve the target of the results of the business or the error recognition of the norm. Further, the heads of banks will have to set a management policy focused on the democratic management and the ethical justice based on the participating methods to induce the cooperative commitment of the stock company employees not to be shifted from the globalization and the competitive society.

Abstract

The Automobile Industry is an end product, which is manufactured by more than 20,000 component parts and measure international competitiveness and technology of a country. It is basic industry leading national economy. The purpose of the present paper is to study The Effects of Customer Satisfaction of Automobile Distribution System on Corporate Financial Performance. The empirical analysis is as follows. First, the result of the difference between Distribution System and Customer Satisfaction shows similar differences with among confidence index, customer loyalty, oral publicity and wills of repeat purchasing. Second, the result of the difference between Customer Satisfaction and Corporate Financial Performance shows similar differences with among safety ratio, growth ratio, activity ratio.

Abstract

This research is focused on the effects of salesperson's evaluation of using the notebook computer. From analysis of the resulting data, using the notebook computer are increased the quality of salesperson's service-justice. Salesperson's distributive-justice affects to positive the customer satisfaction. But procedural justice and interactional justice cannot affect to positive the customer satisfaction. Maybe, I think that the reason will be a feature of insurance goods. And customer satisfaction affects to positive the salesperson's evaluation. But, only using the notebook computer cannot affect to positive the salesperson's evaluation. According to the result, using the notebook computer of salesperson affects to positive the salesperson's evaluation mediate of the service justice and customer satisfaction. There are limitations on generalization due to the results based on only insurance industry, but this study will be a useful exploratory step before designing a future survey.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to furnish basic data for efficient and effective marketing by examining the correlation how a certain element effects on customer's selection behavior, when they choose private label branded clothes at the store of giant discount store like E-.mart, Home-plus, Lotte-mart and 2001 outlet. We come to the following conclusions through such procedures; What we found on this study is that main factors of decision related purchasing garment of private brand in giant discount store is based on the sales price, quality of products and needs of customer's using. Further to this, in terms of choice activity in private brand clothes, we realized the price value is depend on the resonable price with the items because nowadays most customers can be compare to other discount store around their shopping place including trend of garment and quality of products. The order of the general inclination in selection behavior of private branded garment in giant discount store is as follows; Sales price > style & trend > quality of product and substantial convenience > display and prompt buying. Judging from the conclusion of the research we noted that customer's satisfaction comes from their target price to supply substantial needs and in terms of styling of clothes should be considered current trendy compared to national brand as well.
