Abstract

Many theorists have been asserting the advantageous of jikmeip system and disadvantageous of tukjeongmeip system in terms of competitiveness enhancement. But, department store is a business status where service is emphasized instead of price, it is advantageous to secure service competitiveness rather than price competitiveness. Therefore, by utilizing the professional merchandisers of the supplier even without having its own, the department store will keep the advantageous stand unless it is not a large buying system. Due to many items under control, distribution companies usually have limited source of professional merchandiser for each product. Thus, no matter how the importance of MD has been forced, when considering the practical situation, the tukjeongmeip will always have the competitiveness over the jikmeip.

본 연구는 소비자 니즈의 변화에 따른 식품컨셉의 변형으로 인한 일본의 식품유통시스템의 발전과정을 살펴보는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 본 논문에서는 식품컨셉으로서 일반적으로 가공식품과 비가공식품으로 분류되었던 식품컨셉을 확장시켜 비가공적 가공식품과 가공적 비가공식품의 개념을 소개하고, 그에 따른 일본식품유통시스템의 물류, 도매, 소매상에서의 혁신적 관리 및 발전과정을 살펴본다. 일본 식품유통시스템의 변화에 근본적인 원인을 제공한 요인으로서 소비자 니즈와 인식의 변화를 들 수 있으며, 일본 식품유통시스템의 개념정립 및 현황분석과 함께 일본 식품유통시스템의 실제적 변화로서 온도대별 물류혁신, PB상품개발, 체인시스템의 다양화 등을 살펴보기로 한다. 이와 같은 일본소비자의 특성, 식품유통시스템의 발전상황 및 사례를 연구함으로써 한국식품유통시스템의 발전과정과 비교분석이 가능하며 나아가 합리적인 식품유통시스템으로의 방향제시가 가능하다고 사료된다.

Abstract

This study assessed the development of Japanese food distribution system in response to changes in the needs of consumer population the current food concepts can be divided into "processed" and "perishable" foods we expended the current concept introducing "processed perishable foods" and "perishable processed foods", and how this modified term contributed to more effective food distribution system in Japan. We further assessed the effects of changes in the needs and perception in Japanese consumer population on food distribution system, which included PB goods development as well as diversification of chain system. Our study in the development of Japanese consumer population and food distribution system can be compared to that of Korea, providing a direction for systematic and effective food distribution system.

본 연구에서는 대형할인점의 물리적 환경에 관한 기존연구를 통하여 산업별로 정리하였고, 할인점이 경비절감을 위해 직원배치를 최소화하고 물리적 시설로 소비자에게 소구해야하는 경영특성상 물리적 환경은 매우 중요한 것으로 점차 인식되고 있으나 기존의 연구에서 사용되어진 물리적 환경 변수들의 측정도구는 할인점 조사에 적용할 시 부적합한 부분이 많다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대형할인점에 있어서 물리적 환경의 구성변수를 산업체의 전문가들과 심층토의를 거쳐 변수와 항목을 개발하였으며 그 과정을 구체적으로 설명하였다. 그 결과 도출된 측정변수는 쾌적성, 가시성, 접근용이성, POP로 분류되었다. 그리고 신뢰성과 타당성 분석결과를 거친 측정항목들에 대하여 대형할인점의 물리적 환경에 대한 요인구조와 측정모델의 타당성을 평가하기 위하여 LISREL 8.12를 이용하여 측정하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면, 대형할인점에 있어서 물리적 환경의 구성요소인 쾌적성, 가시성, 접근용이성이 고객만족에 영향을 미치지만 POP는 매출증대에는 직접적인 관련성이 있으나 고객만족과는 서로 차원이 다르다고 판단할 수 있으며, 또한 고객만족과 구매의도, 구전의도 그리고 재 방문의도에 영향을 미치게 됨을 알 수 있다.

Abstract

Since discount stores should be operated mostly by the non-human resources regarding the natural characteristics of the business, it is possibly said that their physical environments have been extremely significant. This study attempts to develop the measurement items and construct factors which are especially relevant to the physical environments of the discount stores and examine how the customer satisfaction and intention influence on these construct factors. These provide a useful framework for understanding the problems of measuring and evaluating the physical environments of discount stores. The final factor analysis for each construct factors resulted as four factors, and two categories(amenity and convenience) represented the characteristics of same construct such as the visibility. Then convenience is eliminated, and an attempt was made to add the new variable what is called the visibility. As a result, final construct factors that would be used in this study are made of four items; amenity, accessibility, POP and visibility. This study utilizes the LISREL 8.12 to evaluate the validity of factor structures and measurement model involving the physical environment in discount store. Finally, for the success of the projects, I think that it is necessary to provide comprehensive efforts continuously.

By the research seen by examining plan which can improve at least systematization of a distribution sector, reform opening got into stride to Chinese distribution channel structure by improvement of a premodern Chinese circulation system and non-efficiency-structure. The competition means of the China distribution industry, the development direction, and the Chinese distribution channel strategy are received focusing on the 1990s, and it is going to show a way proposal.

In the business environment which enclosed the domestic small and d medium distribution industry, and a business sign of recovery, reduction of income, job insecurity, and a national pension an aging society - positive exhibition of the large-sized store in comparison with the low personal consumption depended uneasy and deregulation, and consumer needs progress of individualization diversification it is ultimately faced with a difficult situation. Therefore the seen research examine the various range of a circulation policy through precedence research. It is going to consider and see the influence which the circulation regulation means of the purpose of large-sized store regulation and a major power is compared, and regulation.

For the customer satisfaction, the inside customer satisfaction must be made by offering the service of a good quality to the inside customer. If the inside customer is not satisfied with own business, the achievement of customer's loyalty & customer satisfaction which have direct effects on the performance of a corporation, comes to be difficult. This study tries to analyze what effect the inside customer satisfaction has on the yield performance of a corporation on the subject of the salespersons of the direct-control store among the retail store business.

Abstract

We're living in a world of one global village. The globalization of business is acceleration as more companies cross national borders to find customers, materials and money. Many foreign companies and organizations are doing their business aggressively in Korea and many Korean companies and rushing into foreign market. When people communicate for business with someone from another culture, there could be difficult communication barriers to overcome resulting from differences in their values, beliefs, norms for behavior, expectations, attitudes and so on. To do successfully business, we need to understand culture background and communication style that is different from nation, race, language. Communication barriers stemming from cultural differences may vary. Largely, they can be divided into value system, non-verbal communication, and perception process. Value system can be divided into individualism versus group orientation, avoidance of uncertainty degree, power distance, and high- context culture versus low-context culture. Also non-verbal communication method and perception process may play decisive roles in communication effectiveness. Especially nonverbal communication barriers which sometimes play more important roles than the verbal parts are composed of eye contact, gesture, kinesics, proxemics, chronemics, paralanguage and language of color Cross-cultural communication affect business situation. I expect that if we understand cultural background, and then we overcome cross-cultural communication barriers. To overcome and to adapt inter-cultural business, we need to develope curriculum on the cross-cultural education which I will study in the next paper.
