지식정보자원 보존 체계에 관한 연구

초록

우리나라는 인터넷 기반 커뮤니케이션의 급증, 전자 출판의 확산이라는 급격한 사회적 환경 변화를 겪었다. 또한 정부는 최근 몇 년 동안 각종 정보화 사업에 막대한 예산을 투입하여 국가의 가치있는 지식자산을 디지털화하였다. 그러나 휘발성이 강하여 유실 위험이 높은 디지털 지식정보자원을 국가의 유산으로 장기 보존하기 위해서는 구체적인 대책이 필요 불급한 상황이다. 본 연구는 디지털 지식정보자원을 상업적 지식정보, 제도적 공공지식정보, 기능적 공공지식정보, 재정적 공공지식정보의 4대 영역으로 범주화하고, 개별 영역에 적합한 보존 체계 구축 방향을 제시하였다. 또한 지식정보자원 생산·유통 체계의 기능적 흐름을 기반으로 한 보존 모형으로「지식 생성·유통·보존 체계」를 설계하여, 기존 지식정보자원관리체계의 연장선상에서 보존 체계를 운영할 수 있도록 하였다

Abstract

According to the increase of digital information, it comes to front to develop the policy about preservation of digital information, regarding it as national heritage. Especially, in recent years, KOREA has invested a lot of resources to develop National Knowledge Database. So it is indispensable to preserve it permanently. This study categorizes knowledge information to 4 categories and suggests desirable direction for preservation policy and organization. And design 「Knowledge Creation·Circulation·Preservation system」, which is expanded on current functional flow of knowledge information.
