한,일 대학도서관에서의 전자저널 도입의 현황과 문제점

초록
이 연구에서는 현재 가장 큰 변화를 보이고 학술잡지, 특히 전자저널을 중심으로 한국 일본의 정부정책, 관계기관 등을 조사하였다. 그리고 대학도서관을 중심으로 전자저널의 도입현황, 전자저널 컨소시엄 참가, 현재의 문제점 등을 조사해, 일본과 한국의 전자저널에 대한 정책의 차이점, 협력의 가능성 등을 분석, 비교, 고찰하였다.

Abstract
This Research considered the case of scholarly journal - electronic journal in particular - which are currently in a state of change and investigates the policies of the Korea and Japan government and other related organizations. The decision to acquire electronic journals, participation in consortia, and the present conditions were investigated, and the differences in policy between the two countries were considered with a view to the possibility of cooperation.
