Abstract

This research aimed at the investigation of the effectiveness of bibliotherapy for depressed older adults from 90 to 65 years of age and older. For implementing the research, 12 subjects, aged 65 or over, were recruited from the community on a volunteer basis to participate in a bibliotherapy program. The score of MMSE-K, while there was no statistical significance in the score of SDS. Experiment results were analyzed via t-ananlysis The analysis of hypothesis was revealed that the Depressed effectiveness of interactive Remark bibliotherapy was superior to that of reading bibliotherapy.
