The goal of this study was to understand industrial counselor's role conflict and duty stress and examine the influences of them closely The problems of the study were as follows how do the role conflicts of industrial counselor influence on the duty performance? Second how do the duty stresses of industrial counselor influence on the duty performance? Third how about the relative influence on the duty performance of industrial counselor's role conflict and duty stress? To accomplish the goal of the study,
